الاستقبال عندما أخبرتهم اريد احد يحمل إمتاعي للغرفه اخبرني بان العربه موجوده هناك و أشار لي بيده و قال لي احمل أمتعتك لوحدك ماعندنا احد يحمل اغراضك !! و عندما صاحبي أراد زيارتي اتصلو علي و كلموني بطريقه غريبه و عندما طلبت اكل من موقع طلبات اتصلو علي من الاستقبال و اخبروني ان انزل استلم الطلب و أخبرته انني بالحمام لا استطيع النزول ممكن من احد الموظفين يجيبه للغرفه قالي لا الاكل سوف يبقى في الاستقبال و أنا أتحمم و لما انزلت اخذ الاكل كان بارداً و ليس شهي مافي تعاون مع النزيل ولا احترام النزيل بصراحة و غير ذلك ازعاج في الغرف و الممرات ولا يوجد مكواه و لا فرشاة اسنان ولا شامبو كان كل شي سيء

1-I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at this hotel Unfortunately, my experience fell far below the expectations set by your establishment’s reputation. Firstly, I discovered that the bed in my room had bugs. This was not only distressing but made it impossible for me to get a good night’s sleep. Despite my efforts to address this issue promptly, I was unable to resolve it during my stay, which significantly impacted my comfort and well-being. Additionally, the noise level in the corridor was extremely disruptive. There were numerous children playing and shouting loudly well into the late hours, and it appeared that no staff took action to address this disturbance. The lack of intervention made it difficult for me to rest, further exacerbating my discomfort. I am disappointed by these issues and the overall lack of responsiveness from the hotel staff. I kindly request a full refund or another form of compensation for the inconvenience and discomfort experienced during my stay.
