Me decepcionou a limpeza que já não é mais a mesma de anos anteriores, já não fazem reposição nem de água no frigobar…Além que fomos mal atendidos e até desrespeitados no bar da Varanda pelo Sr Aldo , ele deveria ser alertado que tratar os hóspedes com respeito mesmo que ele não tenha simpatia por brasileiros, principalmente que ele foi tratado com respeito e educação por nós, com certeza está será a última vez que nos hospedaremos no Athena .

Πολύ όμορφο ξενοδοχείο στο κέντρο της πόλης. Μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα το δωρεάν πάρκινγκ. Καλό πρωινό. Το δωμάτιο αρκετά μεγάλο και καθαρό. Οι υπάλληλοι ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί.
Κανένα μειονέκτημα.

Le personnel était au top. Super souriant et aidant.
Le petit-déjeuner pourrait être un peu améliorer mais c'est vraiment pour chipoter car il y a un large choix. C'était bien mais pas top.

Výborná lokalita cca 10 min do centra. Parkování přímo u hotelu, pozor na úzký průjezd do podzemních garáží. Výborná snídaně. Příjemný personál.
Malá koupelna. Sprchovací kout malý, málo odkládacích prostor. Byla slyšet sprcha pokojů ve vyšším patře, stejně tak odpad WC.

De locatie beviel erg goed. Na het gratis parkeren van je auto loop je zo naar het centrum van Siena. Slechts 10-15 minuten lopen, dan ben je bij het mooie gezellige plein. op het dakterras heb je mooi uitzicht op Siena en het landschap. Helaas was het nu te koud om er te gaan zitten. Het ontbijt was goed.
De kamer is oké, maar niet luxe.

Absolutely perfect to visit the city! Right inside the city walls, free parking which it’s a plus and lovely location and view. So easy to get from motorway and easy access. Dinner and breakfasts was sooo good! 🙂

It was the nosiest hotel i have ever stayed at. Woke up at 7am to vaccuums and furniture being moved over and over again above me.

very clean and tastefully decorated. was a lovely walk into city centre. Staff friendly and nothing was any trouble. Breakfast was great there was so much choice. Complementary bottled water was thoughtful and appreciated. Will stay again!

I did upgrade my room to a "superior" The single room was a bit too small. The front desk staff: Martina, Alessio, Francesco were all Amazing. They excel at Customer Service!!

Great location, just inside the city walls. Nice countryside view from our room. Helpful staff. Free parking on site. Great views from the top floor terrace.
For a four star hotel with a hefty price tag, and in these times of climate change, we would have expected not to have so much disposable plastic in our room - cups and spoons etc. Rather that charmingly retro, the decor was rather dated and tired-looking. Breakfast was disappointing as the hot items (e.g. eggs) were not kept warm in the containers. Options for vegetarians were limited.

The location is excellent! The closest one before the ztl, walking distance from the city, in addition, the parking is organized and free. The staff was smiling and great. They even upgraded our room. Clean and comfortable room. Very satisfied!

Brilliant location, car park right beside hotel, beautiful views! Rooms were spacious and clean. 10 min walk to main square.
Breakfast was average. There is a school attached to the hotel so from around 8am you could hear children shouting and screaming all morning.

We went to the restaurant one night and not many choices on the menu. The overall price was bit too high in my opinion. Not many choices. Overall good experience.

We chose this hotel for the location as an easy walk to all the exceptional sights in Siena, and ability to park our hire car safely. We had an economy room so no view etc but was very comfortable and well facilitated. It fulfilled all our needs and the breakfast was excellent.
