The staff were really friendly and attentive. Service over breakfast was really good and staff were always on hand. It really had the feel of a family run hotel where all staff were invested in making guests feel welcome. Front desk was really helpful and friendly. Location is second to none on a side street in the middle of Palermo. Room was comfortable.

There was not much not to like. Shower was a little small and room key was slightly awkward.

The breakfast was exceptional. The room was of a good size with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom is of a very good size. Location is good as well, just off one of the main streets of Palermo.

We, as well, have a fourth generation hotel, built by my great-grandfather in 1877 which made your family hotel extra special. Will most certainly recommend you to our travelling friends. Very slippery shower stall floor for oldsters like us. A rubber shower mat would have been helpful. This is not a complaint, just an observation.

We stayed at Hotel Posta at the end of our time in Sicily, and it was the perfect way to end our trip. We loved its location for its proximity to markets, shops, and restaurants, as well as its convenient proximity to the airport bus. The staff were lovely and helpful with our check-in and check-out needs and questions, and they put together a wonderful breakfast service. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and lovely, and the rooftop terrace was a wonderful place to spend the evenings. We loved this building and the staff of Hotel Posta!

The family we're fantastic, our Italian was pretty much none existent but they helped with any questions we had, breakfast was lovely and offered helped with traveling back to the airport.

The breakfast was consistently good. Excellent coffee! Very kind servers! The front desk staff were knowledgeable and accommodating and friendly, perhaps the best feature of the hotel!

We had some problem with the room heater which Ed was fixed by the front desk person. It improved but more needs to be done!

Location is perfect, close to all important sights. Breakfast is good. Bar is well equipped. Rooftop terrace and its views are a nice bonus. Rooms are, beds offer good sleep. And so nice staff. Even umbrellas.

The shower cabin was too small. Not enough hot water for washing hair .

Hotel staff were very very helpful and welcoming. They serve breakfast with a personal touch to it. Their Almond milk was great. When i needed to attend an urgent call with a client early morning when my family was sleeping in our room, they offered another room for me to take the call, which was really commendable.

Our flight was delayed and some of our bags were lost and Hotel Posta was great about communicating with the driver they'd booked for us so he would wait while we were at the lost luggage office. We had a mishap with a leaky bottle in some other luggage and they were able to book a laundry service quickly and efficiently. The staff were friendly and efficient. Their help made our stay in Palermo wonderful.

Excellent reception, an elegant room, generous in size, lovely decor, a nice breakfast. Tea making facilities, decent size towels. Everything was top notch with this hotel. Wifi signal strength good. About a 20-minute walk to the key attractions

A minni bar fridge would have been nice. Virtually cannot fault this hotel
