Первоначально нас определили в номер, который абсолютно не понравился. На ресепшен объяснили это тем, что отель полностью заполнен, свободных номеров нет. Мы попросили показать подтверждение этому. Его не оказалось, и нам сразу же дали хороший номер, на который мы и рассчитывали вначале.

Ten hotel to prawdziwe 5 gwiazdek. Super położenie przy samym wejściu na główny deptak Sopotu. Mimo, że blisko restauracji co uważałam za plus to w hotelu było naprawdę cicho. Personel bardzo życzliwy, spełniający życzenia gości. Pokoje przestronne, eleganckie z nieziemsko wygodnym łóżkiem. Śniadania hotelowe wyśmienite a obsługa restauracyjna bardzo życzliwa i pomocna. Restauracja również zasługuje na 5 gwiazdek. Bardzo dobrej jakości markowe kosmetyki łazienkowe.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein Parkhaus ist in direkter Nähe vom Hotel 🏨. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption.

Hotel jest doskonały. Uwielbiam takie właśnie położenie, jakie ma Rezydent. Wszędzie blisko. Na molo, deptak, na plażę i na pociąg. W zasięgu ręki restauracje, sklepy. Nie przeszkadza mi ruch, gwar, jeżdżące pociągi i rondo za ścianą. Zresztą w pokoju tego w ogóle nie słychać. Wnętrza są przepiękne, gustowne, pyszne śniadania, kawa, herbata. Jedna z najładniejszych restauracji, w jakich przyszło mi jeść śniadania.W pokoju wszystko, czego potrzebujesz. Bardzo dobre kosmetyki w łazience. Żałuję, że byliśmy tylko 3 noce. Stanowczo za krótko. Bardzo, bardzo polecamy ten hotel!

Jeśli chodzi o pokój, to najbardziej podobało mi się podświetlenie z czujnikiem ruchu, znajdujące się pod łóżkiem; z innych, nieoczywistych rzeczy: bardzo smaczne orzechy w miodzie na śniadanie!

The accommodation was comfy in a beautiful room with city view. I had the top floor with slopes in the room which was full of charm. The staff was friendly, smiling and helpful. Amazing breakfast! I also appreciate environmemt friendly cosmetics and amenities in the room.

Breakfast was better than most hotels here in Poland! Dinner was very good! location was 2 minutes to train station. The beach is 8 minutes walk! Staff was great!

Visited for our anniversary and the staff gave us a lovely upgrade which made a huge difference. The spa was wonderful as well.

The location is perfect. 9 minutes walk to the sea via beautiful streets and dance house. The hotel is right in the center, I think. Very close to tram and bus stops, so you can easily get to the airport.
The room is immaculate, modern and just beautiful.
the bar/restaurant in the hotel is great. They make perfect Negroni, and I definitely recommend a meal on lava stone.
it is very convenient that the hotel has SPA on the -1 floor. Got wonderful 90 minutes of Thai massage.

Perfect location on top of Monte Cassino and minutes away from the train station. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby

Beautiful hotel and room. The pictures in the review don’t do it justice, the room was lovely and bed comfortable. I loved the decor in the dining / breakfast area. Breakfast was great, staff were fantastic. Very good price for the quality.

Hotel was amazing, really comfortable beds, cosy design and high quality service 🥰 as a couple, we have spent magnificent two days there, restaurant food was delicious and working staff really nice and smiley 😊
The only thing I could complain about was the dirty stains on the walls in the bathroom and the stains on the carpet that looked like someone got sick there before. Other than that, no problem 😊
