Lokalizacja to mega atut tego miejsca, bo jest to ścisłe centrum miasta. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna (lekko zakrecona ale pozytywnie). Generalnie pobyt na uczciwe 6/10

Hotel 4 gwiazdkowy, ale to chyba kiedyś. Drzwi wejściowe latają w futrynie i wszystko słychać co się dzieje na korytarzu. TV dośc stare i co chwila się wyłączające.

Fabulous location overlooking the main square. The room we had was at the front and so had a great view of the square.

Nothing comes to mind.

The location is mora than excellent and the hotel itself is part of Cracow heritage. The managing staff was very helpful and facilitate both our transfer from and to the airport with goog taxi-drivers. They make research for us on internet to find were was the lady with ermine painting and so on.

The only negative point , which is quite small, was about the drinks provided in the room. No complimentary water, no beer in the fridge and the breakfast was not on line with the other elements of the stay.
