Cred ca la cina ar fi bine sa fie o sticla de apa plata pt consum pe fiecare masa, iar bauturile alcoolice sa fie aduse doar la solicitarea clientilor. De asemenea ar fi bine sa existe o lista cu produsele care se pot servi si preturile lor (codul QR existent la masa nu se putea scana).

Leistung-Preis stimmt eher nicht Junior Suite Balkon extrem sehr smalll konnte man nur stehen, Junior Suite wurde nicht empfehlen , Duschmitteldispener defekt, Wohnzimmer total geschmacklos. Die sogenannte LOUNGE Ist ein WITZ Nüsse, Chips den ganzen Tag Tapa und Wein am Abend:ein Teller mit etwas drauf für alle, war leer in der ersten Minuten Kauf dir lieber etwas in Supermarkt Dort sind die Mitarbeiterin freundlicher. Im diesem Lounge wird man wie ein Bettler behandelt Fitness Raum eine Katastrophe, 3 Geräte 😂 alt und defekt

La decoración del hotel es espectacular. Sus instalaciones muy bien. El personal nos trató muy bien, muy agradables. Solo hicimos el desayuno y salimos encantados. La ubicación excelente

Por poner algo, quizás la piscina un poco pequeña

The room was very nice with a ide sea view. The location was perfect right on the promenade for walks. Breakfast and Dinner had a good selection and catered for most diets, and was excellent value

Just one thing, we had a late flight and it would have been good to have had a shower room, but not a deal breaker for us.

Shower flooded the bathroom and into the bedroom, has to more rooms room we where upgraded but was hassle as only staying one one had to re pack unpack. Had to payee for ice, first hotel even we have been asked to payee as a guest. Wanted to take to room for room as so warm. The room was boiling hot, had to sleep with door open but then the balcony lights on so couldn’t sleep as like sleeping with light in. Asked to speak to manager to complain and too busy to speak to us. Just not the service expect for the level of staff hotel. Buffet staff like look don’t want tone there no smiles friendly. Lovely looking hotel just staff not customer service foused at all. Food ok not what expecting.
