Location ok didn’t do breakfast, staff helpful, clean and good facilities I prefer this sort of accommodation as working away all the time you get fed up of take sways it was nice to me able to microwave something different than curry or chinese

I’m not a fan of coded entry via emails or text (it’s an age thing) but it was explained to me very well

The hotel staff were prompt and helpful through text and phone. The location was good for the airport. It was clean and rhe bed linen was perfect. Price was reasonable for an overnight

The TV had no signal Carpet and corridors were not great

The place is dump. People smoking outside the building. Weed smells everywhere in the area where our room was. . I booked two rooms but couldn't stay in the other room because I was afraid of sleeping alone in that room. Will never go back.

Comfortable bed, clean room, clean ensuite, very helpful staff. Stayed there a few times and it was always clean, comfortable, quiet and would stay there again.

Very dirty, kettle not working, wet bedding, towels for one person only, smelly pad, sharp pins protruding in the louvre, look what is under the sheet, just a massacre, this place should not be called a hotel, strange people around, it's scary to be there

The room was filled with strange and unusual designs, including on the ceiling directly above my bed. Unfortunately, I hit my head three times on the low-hanging ceiling while I was sleeping. I was surprised to see such a unique and unexpected design in the room, as it was not shown in the pictures I had seen on booking.com. However, I soon realized that the room was also quite dusty, with a thick layer of dust covering the bedding and the bed frame. In addition, the toilet had a strong chemical smell that filled the room when I opened the door. The smell was quite overpowering, and it lingered in the room even after I closed the bathroom door. While the unique design of the room was interesting, the dust and strong odour made for an uncomfortable stay.

Booking and confirmation was very quick. I had a problem getting into my room however this was rectified very quickly . The room was clean and spacious.

The beds were dirty the carpits were smelly there was still a while poo in the toilet when I arrived towls had wholes in cups had lipstick stains curtain rail fell down when I open them the door got jamed and was stuck inside for over an hour waiting for staff to come and help cob webs everywhere and the biggest discusment and the reason for leaving the hotel in the middle of the night is bedbugs running accross my feet while In bed

well located for Luton airport. easy to find and self check in. also had parking.

Room was comfortable and cosy.

There's a hidden deposit of £75 to be paid in advance and was not mentioned when I first booked . Upon arrival had to bank transfer the amount into their account to get access in to the room.
