A good solid central hotel

I know it said you could request a bath mat. I desired a bath as been in Spain 9 days showering. The bath was luxury. Alas your baths are exceeding slippery I slipped and knocked my head on the tiles. I took me a long time to get out.,I think your polite notice about bath mat request, should be more safety aware.

The rooms are nice and comfortable, free breakfast and unlimited hot drinks in the reception. Overall good value for money.

Difficult to find the main reception door following google maps. Easier to go into the mall and turn to the right before the escalators if you’re exiting via St George’s Square

We were up on the 9th floor so it was really quiet. The bed was amazing. The bathroom was clean with lovely fluffy towels. Breakfast was good, a good variety.

Our flight was delayed so when we got to Luton it was dark, so actually finding the entrance is impossible. A tip is if you can find whetherspoons,turn around and it's opposite up a dark flight of steps.

Room and the cleanliness

Having to pay for parking when I am a guest at the Inn. In fact, £10 parking fee was too expansive. You will to review this aspect for you to encourage people to come again.

Great transport links and nice comfy bed with not too much noise.

Lacked a few essentials like tissues in the bedroom or water available for free. You had to pay for bottles of water at reception which was a slight inconvenience.

Hotel ma bardzo eleganckie, przestronne pokoje z wszystkim co potrzebne w czasie pobytu. Hol i restauracja na dole bardzo przestronna i ładna. Śniadania są obfite i smaczne w tej super cenie. Ekspres do kawy za darmo czynny całą dobę. Można zaopatrzyć się w coś do picia też przez całą dobę w punkcie przy recepcji. Świetna lokalizacja 100 m od Shopping Moll, 300 od dworca kolejowego i 2 km od stadionu piłkarskiego Luton!

Wolałbym jajka sadzone na miękko zamiast waszej jajecznicy. :)

Close proximity to the airport, clean and comfy rooms - decent breakfast

No kettle / tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms. Even though available from reception it would have been better to be able to make a drink in the room

Near the airport and in the center of town Some of the staff were nice

Very poor maintenance. Toilet and sink doesn't drain properly. Some of the staff where not nice, you should not expect them to do anything for you, small or big, even if it make sense to some of them.

Close to train station and shopping centre. Heart of Luton. Efficient check-in. Breakfast is included although limited and cooked wrong. Overcooked eggs, undercooked sausages, overcooked bacon. Better going to a nice breakfast cafe for a quality breakfast. Iron board in room.

Outdated, worn-out carpet and stains. Run-down building, far from appealing. Bathroom is small and outdated. Shampoo, body soap is cheap, unusable. There is a saying on the hotel menu saying “Treat it like its a hotel”, i think that sums it up.

Friendly staff. Great Location and reasonable parking close by.

Basic breakfast, no air conditioning. Carpets looked like they needed a long overdue clean.

El chipo hotel, air-conditioning not working (they know about it, because the fan was waiting in the room when we arrived) but good enough to stay overnight before your flight. Descent English-style breakfast that starts at 7:00 am. Can't complain for the price.

Good location close to the station and mall. Good value for money. Good breakfast as well

I’m not a fan of bath tubs

Room appeared clean but warm/ hot daytime.

Lift out of order second time that week and noone came to fix. Wake up call and a second call requested. Neither came so luckily my own alarm worked or I would have missed very early plane. Evidently this is not good enough. No breakfast or even drink available early morning.. Perhaps you can compensate me the approx 80 pounds costs for night of 25 july

One lift out of action on arrival and remaining one very slow and sounded like it was needing attention! It was also not very clean day of check out - large clumps of mud on the floor of lift. Odd when hotel is in city centre.

The location is really near the airport, so you can hear the planes especially in the morning, also the neighborhood is quite odd, the facility itself looks like from the 80's outside and noticeable worn out inside. But, it is sort of clean, the staff is extremely nice, there is free coffe/tea machine at the reception 24 hours, breakfast offer is not wide, but it is enough, especially considering it is included. The hotel is situated about 5 min walk from the train/bus station. The train connection to the city takes about half an hour. Overall, the hotel offers the best value for the price. We were very satisfied with the stay.

Great property in the centre of Luton good for a one night stopover before or after a flight close to the train station and shopping mall. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was a bonus. The area nearby is a bit rough so the hotel seemed like a nice safe haven.

No kettle in the room. We had to beg for one as they are not standard and eventually the receptionist found us one. You have to go to the main entrance if you want a hot drink. For that reason it gets a lower score as I would not stay again in a hotel room that has no kettle. Also it wasn’t easy to find the main entrance which is through the shopping mall, so signage needs to be better.
