Bed and room is clean and tidy.

We have stayed at the property many times. we chose this instantly as it is centrally located and we need a short stay accommodation to attend a funeral. When we requested early access to our room, this request was instantly granted, for which we are very grateful. It meant we could could change out of our travelling clothes and get ready comfortably and arrive fresh. Thank you so much for this.

Absolutely nothing. We love how the property has been renovated and updated over the years from the brown brick walls to the fashionable shutters and up to date bathrooms.

value, location and facilities

we have stayed before with no problems but this time (room 223) there was a constant unpleasant septic type smell coming from the bathroom

The room had everything including a washing machine. The bed was very comfy and the room exceptionally clean. All facilities, including the pool, was within a short walking distance from most rooms.

We found the instructions on the use of the washing machine, which I might add was a dryer as well, a bit confusing and could be clearer as the load we did the night before departure was still wet.

Visiting during winter, the pool was under a dome, excellent & warm! The room was clean, secure & comfy. No complaints whatsoever! Will definitely stay here again in the future, highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐/⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Location is nice and one of the receptionist lady was helpful and they are actually nice lady’s

It was awful experience with them way they treated while we were to hire ski equipment but I would say receptionist help us and I am thankful to her apart from people rude , it’s like you are here they is no where to go either take it either cop it type treat
