Location was convenient however particularly noisy given it backed onto loading areas of KMart, IGA etc

Excellent location with secured underground car park, spacious room, wonderful host, Monnie, very caring and responded very fast (we arrived at 9pm had code access issue, she was there within 5 minutes). The next day, she even brought some toys for my little one and complimentary coffee vouchers.

We had the studio apartment. There was no full kitchen facility. No sink in kitchen nor dishwasher, a bit hard to do dish washing. Had to use toilet sink. This reminded me of a hotel family room suite (not a fully equipped apartment, no separate walls for a one bedroom as all open joint spaces). I was trying to wash up after eating but a bit hard.

It was a lovely unit. Very clean. Great spot in Mansfield.

It was COLD!!! The air conditoner just did nothing to warm up the place! Under floor heating in bathroom didnt kick in until the morning. We were watching TV wrapped up in all our coats and scarves with the air set to heat!

The location was great, right behind the main street so easy to walk to restaurants and shops. The room was a good size. Very secure with a code needed to get into the building as well as the apartment. There were plenty of towels, toiletries and toilet paper provided so we didn’t have to ration anything.

There was a good size balcony but it faced a joinery business and car park so there wasn’t a nice view. The balconies are all connected so luckily no one was smoking out there. We were missing dishwashing liquid and sponges to clean our dishes. Overall though, we were really happy and would stay here again.

The heated floors and towel rails were a good surprise. The room size was alpt bigger and better than we expected. The pictures don't do it justice.

Apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent as was the free under cover parking.

The location with proximity to Main street only 100m was fantastic. The apartment was very clean and fresh. The couch and bed were comfortable. Shower was great.

Access from the carpark into the accommodation was a little tricky moving between a few security doors.

woken up by a very loud rubbish truck very early in the morning. Please you need to warn guests of this when booking. it was not very pleasant specially going to bed very late and having a very early start to the day. sadly, because of this I will not book this place again

This was my third stay at Mansfield apartments. Always appreciate friendly staff. This time took an EV and was able to charge in the parking area. Faster chargers being installed (which is fabulous). Much appreciated.
