For a budget ski hotel this is right at the top end, comfortable beds, great view and superb location, really you couldn't ask for more!

our room was next to the staircase and was a bit noisy

welcoming and comfortable.

the room did not cater for 3 adults. there was 2 beds and a side bed . it was so uncomfortable. we each had terrible sleeps in that side bed. if you advertise for 3 adults then it should be 3 beds. also we came back late one night and forgot the late code and emailed assistance but did not get a reply for 2 hours later. lucky some people came out when we were knocking for assistance. we could not access the number given .

Simple, clean rooms. Charming hotel with linens, towels, and soap provided and comfortable beds.

The parking is a bit of a walk, and though check-in time was listed till 7pm on Booking, it was really closed earlier. We had to use a phone to call and find out that an envelope had been left for us, but we missed some of the instructions (like needing a code to get into the hotel after hours— we assumed our keys would get us in— so we had to call again. Fortunately we got the international plans for our phones.) Also, no mini fridge.

Easy to find, very good secure cycle parking and a friendly welcome. The room was good and both dinner and breakfast were good. Bang in the centre of town so a great location for cyclists. The room was roomy and bed comfortable.

We didn’t receive the door code, so we had to wait until someone was coming out !!

Amazing view. Cosy bedroom. Friendly staff always ready to help. Our flight was cancelled and the team was very understanding and kind. Our luggage got lost by the airline and again the team was supportive and helpful. I loved the breakfast, simple and delicious.

I wish there was a mini fridge in the bedroom. That’s just an idea.

No free parking near hotel. Most of the shops/restaurants in the village are closed in summer, so it's difficult to find dining place

Having a small refrigerator in the room with a coffee machine would have been nice.
