Lovely balcony and dog friendly. Good breakfast

Great location on the edge of the slopes. Lovely staff and had everything we needed.
Double room with a balcony was quite compact with a small double bed. Bedrooms sometimes a little cold at night. No direct access to the boot room - needed to go outside and around the hotel.

excellent location. almost on the ski slopes and very near the centre of the village. Very helpful staff, able to make little adjustments around us always friendly and ready to help. perfect for us.

The hotel enjoys far-reaching beautiful views, the rooms are very cosy and the staff is super friendly. The breakfast was one tofu and La Clusaz is just a brilliant place for all sorts of mountain activities!

fabulous location, gorgeous communal areas and lovely room location with balcony patio area with own access, perfect for storing and accessing our mountain bikes. Breakfast was lovely but expensive.
Room (10) was a little dated and wasn’t at the standard of the communal areas such as bar / restaurant and reception area.

The small room had an overpowering
smell of cigarette smoke. The staff tried mask it with perfume but to no avail.

Great view from the room looking to the Col and ski slopes. Hot Water. Breakfast went beyond croissants and jam, really good.
Oops forgot to check the dates for skiing and we couldn't. Not the hotel's fault though, just a tip.

Helpful staff, the location, we travelled for 17 hours by car with dog and my grandparents and the hotel felt like arriving peacefully and like we could rest calmly.
Rooms were small especially for travel with a dog (for 1 day it was fine) but everything was there and comfortable and view was great.

It would be nice to have a pool.

The hotel is very well located with nice staff and a decent breakfast, with easy access to the town and good parking.
The rooms are on the basic side, could do with modernizing.
