we booked the penthouse suite and the balcony was great. room was spacious. location was a 5minute walk from the city centre.

interior design was a bit on the “tacky” side in our room. parking was a bit of a nightmare but we managed in the end. elevator was dated, cramped and felt a bit unsafe.

Everything was great! If I come back to Palermo I’ll definitely stay here again🙂

there was a hair dryer in the bathroom but it was barely working and needs to be changed. there were neither earbuds nor cotton pads. there were noises from the other rooms

Clean, spacious room with all facilities working as expected. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Staff were helpful and attentive.

Difficult to park on the street nearby, though recommended car park was fine.

We pay for the standard room, so we just simply do not want a disable room with a smelly bathroom with no air in it and with a tiny window which you can hardly open. Breakfast is terrible for 4*- very small area with few tables, you need to go upstairs, plastic cups, not so much products
