Comfortable beds and enjoyed my stay

Breakfast wasn't the greatest

Locality for the venue I needed to attend

We were put in 2rooms by the lift which went on all night so very little sleep. About 3am a very loud wakie talkie outside my room(by lift). I asked if the room would be noisy and assured no. When I mentioned it next day they said I could’ve had ear pods - which were not offered!

iron did not work and there was no spare one on reception. The TV also did not work as no connection cabale and the bathroom was smelly

The staff... or in particular the desk staff ! Very rude, completely inexperienced. Incompetent at almost all levels.. in my opinion ! Disrespectful and arrogant ! After making a mistake with the bill.. this was your mistake and there was no necessity for your manager to express the level of arrogance and unprofessional behavior ! Would I come back.. No Would I recommend anyone else stay here.. No. Not with this attitude toward your customers ! Courtesy and respect is not demanded, is not mandatory - but is certainly welcomed if you were to expect continued custom Sadly you failed on this basic requirement in respecting your customers !! Good luck with any future customer and I hope this review doesn't negatively impact you !

Room was comfortable, front desk staff, excellent, good breakfast included

Evening meal menu very limited but fortunately, plenty of alternatives nearby in shopping and entertainment precincts.

Excellent value for money hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff . Clean and comfortable room and a good breakfast, We'd stay again.

Only negative is no on-site parking. However , off-site parking was only 5 minutes walk away.
