Room was very clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and thankfully the air-con worked a treat as it was very hot during our stay. Wi-Fi was fairly decent and had a good range around the hotel area. All the staff were friendly and helpful even though some of them didn't speak much English, they still understood what was asked etc.

Was a shame that some of the breakfast options weren't as good as some others on offer, for example the coffee was just sachets of instant and the toast making appliances were awkward to use and incredibly slow to toast any bread. No air-con was turned on in any other parts of the hotel, so when leaving your room it was noticeably much warmer inside but I guess it's to save running cost which is understandable. Also there was no English speaking channels on the room TV/Radio which is the first time I've come across that when staying at international hotels, so just a bit surprising.

This hotel is like a small paradise next to Altea, one of my favourite Costa Blanc towns. I especially liked that it was a very idyllic location, perfect for relaxing, but also within walking distance of the town. The restaurant at the hotel is also of really good quality and only 23 euros for a 3-course menu. Definitely recommend.

Our first room had a damp problem with mould on the ceiling and strong smell, also the wifi wasn’t strong. we changed rooms next day. Breakfast was overrun with food running out and no staff attending on the first morning, the same the second morning a huge table had been set in the breakfast room with all the fewer small tables all taken or dirty and used so we sat on the end of the huge table only to be forcibly moved by an abrupt and rude staff member, this huge table was obviously reserved for someone else but we weren’t told nor did it have any signs forbidding us to use it, the whole thing was very embarrassing.

The hotel was excellent, the staff were helpful and attentive to all our requirements.
