Location is very far from centre But the bus stop is in front. Bathroom is nice but the tiles need repairing

lift was not working in the morning, shower gel was not refilled, aircon was not working properly, it felt old and dated.

The room was comfortable, elegant and mostly clean. Most of the toiletries (conditioner, liquid soap) were available in my room.

The toilet was not so clean and the shower gel was missing from the bathroom. The bed was on unstable legs.

My relatives had a good time in the hotel and were very pleased with the quality and service they received. Service was also very patient and helpful all around.

The only thing missing were refrigerators in rooms. Otherwise, everything was great

The staff was good and nice. Location was good.

We booked for studio executive room. The condition of third bed was not good. There was no charging point close to the double bed. The only chair in the room was broken.

Great staff, good food, divers breakfast, clean rooms, every day new towels and room service, the room smells pretty good, no funny smells and clean enough. Free coffee in the room plus 2 bottles of water 0.5l, one tap water and another with gas every day.

Poor maintenance. Air conditioning was not working in one of the rooms that we booked. We requested an alternate room but the air conditioning was not working in alternate room as well.

The bed was very confy. They changed the towels every day, even if I didn't let them on the floor, but I don't think this was a good thing for the environment.

The windows can't be opened. It was cold in the room.

The staff was very helpful, welcoming and friendly definitely made the whole stay promising. Cleanliness was great too

Pillows could have been better. They were an extra pair in cupboard but they were more like cushions.

Well, check out 11.00 and if later, automatically 20,- EUR. If later than 12.00 - 50,- EUR. That is so cheap. Hotel management telling to clients - you are not guests, you are money tool. And the best - they make you leave at 11.00 but if you want to be in the hotel (flight was later) the restaurant is closed in the daytime. 4star parody.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large, very clean, room slippers, coffee, tea, water in the room, bath and shower - everything is very cool, modern. Beds are comfortable. The room for 4 people is very large, with 2 large beds. We are very happy that we chose this hotel. If we go to Brussels again, we will stay at this hotel😊

near bus station but had to change stop to get to centre which takes around 20-30 mins. bathroom door is broken.. no Wifi in room but just in reception area.

The shower was strong

The air-conditioning didn't work and the room was very warm. There was only one iron available in the entire hotel. There were a large number of us staying to attend a wedding and we all needed to use an iron. The iron was terrible quality and made a big hole in my dress. There was only one tiny ironing board attached to the wall in the hallway. The light system in the room is really impractical. I could not turn on the light in the bathroom without the main lights turning on. The key cards for the room did not work and I had to keep going up and down to reception to change them. Overall not a good experience. I would not stay here again.
