It’s was actually good, the wc set was old it’s and no hot water

Comfortable room with good facilities

Security:- I had to face unsecured situations two times where it scared me a lot to stay in the room. A person knocked on my room hard in the evening on my first night and two ladies tried to open my room door with their key cards without checking their room properly. Felt like there was no proper security.

Frinendly staff

The self service little store for drinks and snacks was really good.

Reception were very slow, took us about 10 minutes just to pay for a breakfast. Why the bar is not open until 5:30 seems crazy. You have a lovely bar area that could be generating money, yet it’s closed most of the day. My bath also leaked every time the shower was used (think the screen needs fixing or replacing Room 1330) I also read that the rooms would have air conditioning but none of them have.

There were apparently drunk Spaniards in the next room, who started a noisy party with loud music around 3 o'clock in the morning. They did not obey any request to stop it, not did the Spaniards obey the hotel staff, and so it went on until 6 o'clock, when they must have got tired

I really liked the location

The overall stay was enjoyable. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

However, it's worth noting that there was no refrigerator in the room.

Very clean hotel, huge lobby. Room was fine and clean. Breakfast was nice. A bit out centered so no problem with loud people outside at night. Quiet hotel in general, all the public places were very neat. 24/7 fitness with a few cardio machines and some free weights

Great view, perfect location in walking distance of many possibility's, marvelous breakfast.

Parking a bit expensive. Perhaps also for next; if a woman travels alone with her kid, do not give them a room with a common door to the next room. We barely slept as the guests next door came in at 2am and left again around 6am, making really loud noises and we even heard them snore through the common door. Just a suggestions.

The location is average and there are very little options re restaurants around the hotel

the room was bigger than expected as was the bathroom, they were both very clean. the fact the gym was included with the stay was a nice touch (unfortunately we didn’t use it due to a 3 night stay) the private garden that guests can use is also a great feature to the property, finally the downstairs shop was extremely convenient (was a tad pricey but the convenience made up for this)

we had zero dislikes with the property :)

Excellent Hotel. 5 minutes walking distance from Nord Brussels train station. Very easy to travel to Bruges & Ghent bt train. Excellent location. Very clean hotel. Friendly staff. Absolutely value for money
