Μου άρεσε που ήταν πολύ κοντά στη κεντρική πλατεία!!το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ φιλικό..το πρωινό πολύ καλό αλλά φτωχό!!! Επίσης ήταν πολύ καθαρό!

Δεν μου άρεσε μια έντονη δυσοσμία που μύριζε όταν έμπαινες μέσα στο δωμάτιο…που δεν κατάλαβα από που προερχόταν…

La stanza piuttosto grande e pulita. La posizione ottima, poiché a 2 min dalla piazza principale, lo staff disponibile è cortese. La colazione a buffet varia e con prodotti freschi.

Everything was amazing! -Location really couldn't be better. -Staff were very very kind and helpful -Room was super clean and specious -The hotel is really really old and has a very vintage vibe, I loved it. -Very good value for money options. I would stay there again and I highly recommend it!

even if on the site is specified the air conditioner....well... it was just a fan...:(

The staff was awesome! Replied super fast to any of my questions. Organized parking for us as well. The penthouse loft was great for two couples

Helpful, flexible staff, fantastic location, nice atmosphere. Upgraded stay (from room to ground floor apartment) at a fair price. Staff did everything to fulfil our wishes.

Staff was excieptional. Super helpful, nice anf friendly and polite. Room was really nice, tidy and clean. Location so close to Main Square. Everything was in walking distance. They even lend you an umbrella if needed! Highly recommened. Breakfast was like at home. Fresh and delicious!

Room was very small and cramped. Two very small single beds. We stayed here one night after being in a much more spacious apartment nearby that was much cheaper. The photos are much nicer than reality. Didn't live up to expectations

we were on the top floor and there is no lift. Limited for plugs in the room and curtains do not keep a lot of light out.

Location was amazing - 1 min walk from main square. Room was clean & comfortable. Fridge, kettle & hairdryer provided. No daily housekeeping but we didn’t need it. A few teabags provided in the room, but could also get some in the breakfast room. The breakfast was great - a selection of small croissants, eggs, bacon, sausages, bread, rolls, cereal, coffee, tea, juice etc.

You need a key code to get into the building (normal), but there is also a weird gate with bars to get up to the rooms. It came with a key, but lock didn’t seem to work from the entry side, so we were told to put our hand through the bars and unlock from the other side. It worked, but not very practical. No fan provided, so we slept with the window open for fresh air. It gets pretty loud around 5-6 in the morning with the sound of bins and/or things being moved around in nearby courtyards.

super good location. fairly clean, and well equipped.

Perfect location for Old Town. Staff at hotel are superb, we booked taxi, excursions etc. prior to our stay. Extremely helpful and respond immediately 24/7. Breakfast really nice/fresh great choice of buffet style. Will return here if visit Krakow again.

Really minor criticism but may help to improve: Blackout blinds in the loft windows above the bed would be good.

The hotel is located in the centre, so you can quickly reach the Wawel and all the museums and other sights. There are nice cafés and restaurants a few steps from the hotel. The room was clean, the breakfast delicious. The staff was very friendly, helpful and organised a trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau for us. We can recommend the hotel to other visitors. We were very satisfied and want to come again.

During the weekend, music could be heard from the nearby night club.

Nice central location in old town. Plenty to do and see and the staff were always there to help with a smile.

Hot water in the shower was pretty inconsistent, but warm showers were ok. It could have been something I was doing wrong also.

Lovely clean, spacious room. Excellent location.
