Location and overall hotel amenities including breakfast was great.

Lighting was a huge bother, designer omitted placing lights in salient places e.g. in front of cupboards and mirrors. Added the generator needs some covering to reduce the sound filtering into the nearby rooms …we were the closest and it was rough ! Had to wait too long for porters and had to cart our stuff up to the rooms DIY …

I like the location of the hotel.

I did not like the customer service and the old towels.

I didn't like the option of a meal voucher to a specific amount

The generator was too close to our room as a result it was too loud

Breakfast was fine and enjoyable

Saturday night-Sunday Morning, there was so much noise from downstairs the restaurant side and also from our floor. Then the alarm went off at 4am I think it was an aircon alarm. The noise was just too much, I didn't get to rest.

The room and bathroom is spacious and well lit

Carpet was not very clean and the bathroom corners had grime

annoying lights in the bedroom that cant be turned offf, just dimmed. Bar staff unfriendly

Overall the hotel is excellent in all aspects. Was very impressed with the staff and especially the team at the restaurant where we had breakfast. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and provided specially prepared food to cater for our halaal requirements.

The hotel rooms were very comfortable.

The receptionist needs to be more friendlier. The staff at the restaurant need to be more attentive to the guests. There were never any staff around to serve coffee/tea. We had to constantly ask for cutlery. Also you should update your website to inform customers that you do serve a full muslim breakfast which is outsourced. It would have made our lives much easier and also attract more visitors

There was nothing to dislike but probably they should excort the guest to the room if it's your first time at a big place like that I have enjoyed my stay there the receptionist was very good
