成田空港近くで、成田空港とホテルからシャトルバスも出ているのでとても助かりました。お部屋もスーツケースが開けられるスペースがあり、荷物の出し入れも楽にできました。フロントの方の接客も良かったです。

朝食会場で気になったことが一つ。調理スタッフさんが色々とバックヤードで作業があったのか、オムレツを頼もうと待っていましたが中々出てこられないので、もしかしたら調理スタッフさんが少なくて仕事が大変なのかな、と心配になりました。朝食自体は色々と種類があったので、その点は問題ありませんでした。

4人部屋、コーナーハリウッドタイプに泊まりました。とても広くて明るくて清潔でした♪

仕方がないとは思いますが、バスが独立しているとありがたいと思います。今回は、80代の高齢者3人と一緒に行きましたのでそう思いました。

Good location and views, the hotel was a great place to stay nearby the airport.

The swimming pool was an addtional $16 per person to swim and travelling with a large group would have cost a lot to add that on.

We spent only a few hours here before a late flight out of Narita and found out exceptional. We sent 6 suitcases ahead a day early and they were stored safely until our arrival. The room was spacious and comfortable, good amenities. Room service very helpful as we are coeliac and gluten free, the meal was delicious. The shuttle made life very easy to get to the airport.

Proximity to airport. It’s the closest airport hotel to Narita. Large pharmacy in hotel that sells tax-free goods. Small souvenir shop with a small range of convenience stall food.

Lack of dining options. Single restaurant. Rooms need upgrading. Really showing its age.

We stayed in the moderate room with four beds. It was so spacious and comfortable, and everything felt a bit luxurious, solid and good quality. It is a shame we were only there one night. The styling is not contemporary but I wouldn't say outdated due to the quality. It was still really lovely and had everything we needed. Shuttle to airport was fantastic.

It was very near the airport. You get what you pay for~ Staff is professional/quick check-in-checkout process - and free shuttle to the airport! (Do note that there are scheduled shuttle timings to the airport so as not to miss your flight!) Do also note that their facilities (e.g. gym/sauna) has a fixed closing time (11pm if I'm not wrong) - I got there pretty late that day so I did not manage to use their facilities!

Un sitio muy bien ubicado para pasar una noche antes de tomar un vuelo largo desde Tokio. Se encuentra a 10 minutos del aeropuerto y el hotel ofrece servicio de traslado gratuito desde y hacia el aeropuerto. El personal es muy amable, las habitaciones muy amplias y el costo de las cenas muy razonable. Ideal para familias pero también para parejas o viajeros solitarios.

The airport shuttle was a plus. Check-in/Check-out staff exceptionally pleasant and polite.

Breakfast lacks authentic Japanese cuisine. Bathroom requires some refurbishing. Air-con/Heating - central system. Tends to be excessively hot. Thanks so much to the check-in staff to provide an electric fan.

This hotel provides free shuttle from airport and to airport so you dont have to worry about transportation. There is also shuttle to AEON mall. The room was very spacious and clean. Plus, I really like the scent of the body wash. Delicous breakfast. Very Recommended!

Clean, filriendly, competent

I specifically chose this because it has a gym. It's an airport hotel so in all likelyhood you will arrive late and leave early. The gym (and other facilities like a pool, sauna, etc.) are open between 2:00pm and 20:30pm so I wasn't able to go in the evening or morning. Why a treadmill and weights need opening times is beyond me. There is virtually no chance for you to use them. So if you picked this hotel for the facilities, don't bother you won't be able to use them.

This is very near the airport . It is very convenient because the hotel has convenience store and other shop. The transportation is not a problem , because there is shuttle service from airport to hotel. My partner even caught up the last trip of the shuttle.
