シャワーが古いタイプで温度調節が面倒でした。

A convenient location to Narita with a free bus to and from the airport , mall and Narita Station. Clean and spacious with free toiletries. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again and have already booked our last night here before returning home to Wales, UK.

Good price for one night, beautiful garden, great breakfast selection and wonderful restaurant view, free shuttle bus to the airport, and the staff were wonderful to us.

I found a coloured contact lens dried and stuck to my pillow-case when I checked in. Bathroom was very dark. Large common areas with run-down feeling to them. Somewhat dirty, mold around air conditioners, spider webs, grimey windows. Indoor smoking booth in the lobby was ignored by some guests who just smoked outside of it as they pleased because it was full. Generally other guests were disrespectful to everyone around them, noisy and entitled, I was really surprised.

部屋は広くきれいでした。

外国人がほとんどで、チェックインにかなり待たされたのと、外人客の割り込みがあった。廊下などで騒がしかった。

飛行機が見たかったので見れなかったですが それ以外は良かったです 人によっては飛行機の音が嫌な方も いるかもですが全く聞こえませんでした！

Non smoking Rooms have a strong smoke odor. Very outdated facilities, stains on carpet and walls.
