Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt, wir mussten nur maximal 10 Minuten zum Skilift laufen und es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für faires Geld Ski auszuleihen. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und verfügt einen tollen Wellnessbereich mit ausreichend Liegemöglichkeiten, einem tollen Saunabereich und einem Ruheraum. Auch im Poolbereich ist es aufgrund des Erwachsenenhotels sehr ruhig tagsüber, wobei man gut abschalten kann. Der Zimmerservice ist flink und gut, generell das ganze Personal ist super zuvorkommend und nett. Auch das Abendessen war einwandfrei.

Beim Abendessen gibt es vegane Optionen, beim Frühstück hingegen weniger. Hier hätte ich mir eine kleine Auswahl gewünscht. Zudem fehlte bei einigen Optionen die Beschilderung, weshalb es ab und zu schwierig war zu sehen um welches Müsli oder Ähnliches es sich handelt.

stunning building, lovely rooms, beautiful spa (which unfortunately you can only use until 11) relatively close to the ski lifts but a bit of an uncomfortable walk.

staff in the restaurant/bar area were amazing. they were attentive, chatty and well trained. the same cannot he said for the reception staff. they were cold, rude, condensing and generally set the mood the rest of the holiday. it was also a shame that we couldn’t use the spa facilities once we had checked out at 11 without paying €35 per person.

The reservations manager was very rude and very unfriendly. He didn't smile, thought it appropriate to speak to me angrily. I think he is either is racist and didn't want us there, or hates his job and dealing with the General public. Either way I'd never return to his hotel or recommend it to others. There are many beautiful hotels in Austria and mayhofen where you will be treated better. Weirdly, the other reception staff were also unfriendly, and none smiled, but the other staff in the hotel were great. Must be because they are working under the manager..
