I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is perfect. The staff were, at all times, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was tasty, served by a very cheerful and kind person.

More bed blankets needed!

excellent location! just 2 blocks from San Lorenzo beach. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. someone was always at the front desk and happy to answer any questions. excellent value for the money.

Few days before going they send you a form to quick check-in, which is quite useful. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. Since I was travelling with a dog, there were bowls for him in the room, just in case I forgot mine. Nice detail. It was also very close to the beach and to anything in the center.

Since it´s centrally located, the parking is impossible. There are many garages you can go to, although all are quite pricey - ask the hotel for deal, which I didn´t. I´ve been informed once I already parked. Also, the walls are quite thin, I could hear my neighbour singing in the shower. I know it´s not the hotel´s fault, but be aware that it can happen :)

Maybe the only thing I would improve is the breakfast, but it was OK.

The staff are really very nice and helpful.

The rooms are getting to the point where they need a bit of a revamp. The beds are not that comfortable.

excellent location. the room was clean and very accommodating the staff took time to answer all questions and provide great guidance as well as help problem solve personal travel issues they were fantastic!!

Location, pleasant staff, decent budget hotel, Spacious rooms.

Beds a bit hard and street noise on first floor.

all was great except the noisy street on a friday night, but host could not help this. I am sure young couples wouldn’t mind.
