I took the apartment because the location as its close to the centre and beach. The owner was very kind.

The apartment itself is old and needs to be refurbished. The cleaning even tho they have a cleaning lady it wasnt clean properly, the kitchen was missing a deep cleaning, The street where the apartment's location is with a lot of bars and restaurant which make it too noisy it the evenings if you sleep early you can still hear it.

First of all the host is a lovely person to deal with. The flat is very nicely decorated and had every thoughtful detail you could think of including games and books interesting for both kids and adults. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you may need to prepare your meal. Location is perfect, short walking distance to all amenities. On the same street there are many bars and restaurant so is quite well illuminated but since is a 4th floor you don’t get any noise. The host offers free parking on a private parking lot only 4 mins walk from the apartment. We are delighted and would love to come back at some point.

A nice apartament in a very nice place. Has free parking, beautiful view and many bars and restaurants nearby.

The shower only has hot water for 5-10mins, when staying with family, this would be a big problem.

The property was extremely central, with a lift to access it on the 4th floor. The apartment has nearly all the required amenities for a family stay in a very small kitchen including a new large fridge freezer. The apartment was very clean, good size and TV/wifi excellent. The beds were comfortable and the price we obtained was extremely competitive. The hosts were extremely accomodating and very punctual at the agreed meeting time.

The apartment was in a pedestrian street with no car access. The apartment in the roof is very warm and has no air-conditioning. The apartment is on a very noisy street, so leaving the windows open at night to cool it down was almost impossible if staying with a younger family due to the noise from the many bars below. Finally, the apartment has in the bedrooms very low ceilings - in case you are over approx 1.7m your always close to smacking your head so be careful.
