A little bit old, but still fantastic.

Spacious room with a comfortable bed, wonderful staff and good amenities. Two of the lifts that access the hotel rooms have a glass window that overlooks the internal atrium, which is pretty cool. Location is convenient - near shops and eateries, 6-8min walk to two MTR stations.

The facilities and decor are dated, but other than that, the high quality of service provided is the same as any other 5 star hotel.

건물이 커 눈에 잘 보이고 직원들이 상냥하고 친절하며 영어를 잘함. 데스크 및 컨시어지 연결이 원활하고 1층 베이커리 케이크가 맛있음. 버스 및 MRT이용도 편리한 거리임. 주변에 부통령관저 때문인지 경찰이 많아 치안도 안전하다 느껴짐.

오래된 호텔인 점 감안하여 관리 잘 되어있지만 먼지가 많음. 어두운 색 가구가 많으니 먼지청소를 좀 더 신경써주면 좋겠음. 방특성상 건물 내부로 창이 나있어 환기문제로 생각됨. 예민한 사람이라면 거슬릴 수 있음

This is a very good hotel in this category. The outside looks quite boring but the inside of the hotel is very nice and cosy. The family room we booked was very comfortable and big enough for the four of us. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was in my opinion above average for this type of hotel, with a very wide range of options, and everything was very fresh and well prepared. The swimming pool is also great - it surely doesn't have the charm of a rooftop pool but is very convenient, quite big, and our kids had a lot of fun.

The swimming pool was good enough beds and shade. Fantastic breakfast with plenty of options for everyone.

The room is small and old. No outside window. The shower cabin is very small and leaking which make the bathroom floor wet. Humidity in the room, no towel will dry when hanging out. Dirty carpet on the floor.

Too noisy from showring of neighborhood.

Breakfast starts at 6am, which is great when jet lagged. Family suite is great for a family of 3-4. There is an airport bus that drops off and picks up right outside, cheap and convenient.

The location was good, just a short walk to the metro. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of variety and is recommended. The bar was excellent, good service, good food and very relaxing.

Everything was good, so there's nothing I didn't like.

It's a grand old dame, quite well maintained but lacks certain software for present days requirements. There were just not enough electrical points in the room. Provided kettle and hairdryer but just not enough power points at strategic locations.

I loved the location. Close to two mrt stations, near Daan park and flower market.

The rooms are quite small. Not as comfy as Howard Plaza in Kaosiung where we stayed before.

Great location, comfortable hotel with all you need - panoramic elevator, pool, comfortable bed, service-oriented staff, good breakfast, options for lunch and dinner. Highly recommend.

Everything was good....breakfast, staff, location, facilities but the biggest put-off was Lounge and air conditioning of the room. Lounge was not much accessible and the air conditioning of the room was way too poor. I changed the room and the aircon was the same.

The air conditioning of the room was the worst thing. it was a big put-off though i changed the room. The aircon was on 16degree but the room temperature was 23degree.

The breakfast was excellent. Service was perfect. Everything fine!

Room was a little bit too noisy

Great gym + sauna facilities. Room was clean and nice. Location was okay (kind of far from Metro), but Daan District is nice. Staff are kind and accommodating.

All good, maybe an upgrade of the rooms to more modern design.
