Internet in the rooms is weak, however it is good in the lobby and restaurant. Garden cascade was dirty.

We had a absolutely fantastic night in this beautiful resort. The location with the surrounding mountains is magical and the gardens within the resorts are equally beautiful. I was stunned by the evening beauty of the place. The staff took very good care of us and were very kind! Breakfast buffé was excellent, with a great variation. The rooms were spacious, nicely decorated and with big windows. It felt very luxurious. I really wish we had time to stay longer since this was by far the nicest place we stayed at in Peru.

It was a bit annoying they said the place is 50minutes from cusco on the website when it is actually about 2 hrs

Very comfortable bed and clean rooms, good hot shower. Heater in room if required but room very open and airy so takes a while to heat up.

Quite a long distance from Urubamba, not located centrally in Sacred Valley. Staff amenable but average service and breakfast very poor selection for the price paid and level of quality expected from a Tierra Viva hotel. Family staying at hotel with very noisy children late at night and early morning with no effort from hotel staff to request noise to be reduced.

The hotel was great, the outdoors are very fresh and makes you connect with nature and the mountains. The breakfast is buffet style and everything was delicious. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was incredible, the food is fresh and they have a good variety in the menu. everything was clean. The staff was super friendly, they help us to get in touch with a tour company and arrange the transportation.

Amazing atmosphere and great facilities, SPA and food. Very recommendable

Hotel is in a beautiful location with massive lush gardens. At night a fire is lit outside to gaze at the stars. Its a magical huge area of flowers , tiny waterfalls and there is even a hammock to relax and get some sun. Rooms are big, bright and clean. We enjoyed our 1 night stay here.

The hotel is a bit far away from anywhere to visit such as Urumbamba or Ollaytantambo - there are no restaurants outside of the hotel or walks -so your stay here you will need to think of all facilities in the hotel to keep you occupied.

I loved the quiet and peaceful surroundings. The hotel offers jacuzzi, steam/dry sauna and massages. The grounds are beautifully kept with many kinds of flowers and hummingbirds visit often. We loved having breakfast on the terrace, the views, nighttime fires and the stars are incredible. The room was huge had a balcony with Mountain View’s and was decorated with a more modern tranquil vibe. The staff was awesome and super polite. We had no troubles booking massages or the jacuzzi. The shower was hot with great water pressure. There were no alpacas at the site as mentioned in a previous review. You should know that this hotel is in yanahura which is in Urubamba but it’s not the town of urubamba by the river. That is about 4 miles/8.8km away. Taxis are an option, or you can rent bikes for the day at 72 soles per person which is about 20 usd. We loved this place and were staying to acclimatize for a high elevation trek. We were really sad to leave.

Everything was absolutely excellent! Fast check-in and check-out process. Great surroundings, amazing view from every point inside hotel territory! Nice animals :) Perfect breakfast and nice restaurant for lunch or dinner. Big room, comfortable bed, clean. SPA was absolutely amazing!

Only one thing that must be fixed - creaky ceiling. We heard every step of our neighbors above, no one single second of silence all the evening!
