Marcela was fantastic! Giving us ideas of local trails and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent. Location was fantastic but be aware that the round cobblestones are not appropriate for rolling luggage.
The outlet by our bed was not working. We used another one, no big deal.

The view from our room in the 3rd floor was superb! one of best hotel views we had in Peru!
It is also near the center, around 2 minutes walk.
I highly recommend this hotel. the room is simple but sufficient. we had big bed and spacious enough room, very clean including the bathroom plus the beautiful views from the window.
There is also 24 hour coffee, tea and water available in the dining area which is really a great touch especially for weary travellers.
highly recommend the rooms in the 3rd floor for a 360 views of the mountains and Incan ruins. stars are very visible in the sky at night too from the 3rd floor balcony.
All the staff are also quiet helpful and friendly. great find in Ollantaytambo.

Loved staying in the old historic cobbled street part of Ollantaytambo. Easy stroll to everywhere. Well presented accommodation. Friendly helpful staff.

The staff were really accommodating and allowed us to check out later than typical, they helped us do our laundry, and the breakfast was really nice (e.g., pancakes, toast, yogurt, lots of fresh fruit)!
The lighting in the room was fluorescent and it was a bit of a long walk to the train station.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was simply delicious. But the most amazing aspect was the incredible, breathtaking view from our 3rd floor room. The deck just outside the room door gives you the most epic viewpoint of the mountains and the ruins that surround this magical place. It's a small, family run hotel that is a real gem.
There may be fancier luxury accommodations elsewhere, but our experience was worth a million dollars!
The bathroom was on the small side, but that is typical here in our experience.

I found a crusty brown stain on my blanket that I cleaned off with a wet napkin. The sink could also be cleaner.

Our host met us in the main square and she sent her daughter to show me where to park. The hotel was clean and quiet and in the historic part of town. There was a gorgeous courtyard and a rooftop view of the archeological site. Everyone working at the hotel was very friendly and accommodating.
I wasn't able to get hot water in the shower, but perhaps I didn't wait long enough. My friend said he let the water run at full pressure for over 5 minutes and it worked.

Good shower and good location. Staff were helpful.
Very noisy and got woken up by the cockerels at 5am which were just outside the window. Gaps in the window which let mosquitoes in. We had to change room as the one we were in had lots of mosquitoes around the lights and by the windows. The staff were helpful with this though.

Great breakfast buffet. Beautiful flowering plants throughout the hotel. Helpful staff. Room was very clean and very comfortable. Within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go. Great views of the ruins and sacred mountains from the rooftop terrace.
No hooks in the rooms and the closet was small with just three hangars. It was fine for me but it would have been harder if there had been two of us. Hooks are handy.

The staff at Intitambo hotel was unbelievably kind and accommodating. We had a lot of early morning tours and they made us feel very comfortable and taken care of. Ollantaytambo was the first destination on our trip and couldn't be happier for starting off here.

Location is a bit hard to access with heavy luggage - you have to climb some steep steps to get up hill from where taxi can dropp you off.

The breakfast was good.
The room was not very clean. the window of the room it looked into another bedroom. The bathroom was not clean either.
The worst was the staff whom i found rude. I asked if they had change for a 50soles so that we could pay the taxi and said no directly without looking and even though they run a small shop as well.
If you are by car/taxi there are a lot of stairs to climb.
I expected better service for the price we paid.

room very comfortable.
both times we arranged a taxi with the hotel we
had difficulties
(the first time the taxi was there but he didn’t have
our name, just the hotel) the second time the taxi
was late (stuck in traffic we believe). We would still
stay there again though and the taxi prices were
good and drivers good, so would book a taxi again
with them.
