Just location

I cannot call this breakfast; you get coupon for one small coffee with croissant [Must say I was in another stay in Naples and I get really reaches breakfast so do not tell me that is its Italy/Naples]. Moreover, I was told that I can come there anytime after 8; during my day when I was living Italy I came there at 11.00 the restaurant run out of croissant, etc. and other things are not for coupon... I spoke also with the person that at the day of my departure I could leave my luggage of course during that day was not feasible...the doore were simly closed no staff...staff is really disspaointing....

The location is good, close to sufficient parking facilities and walking distance to the center. Place is clean and personal is very friendly.

Old charm building near the harbour, near the Alibus stop for the airport and near the University metro stop. All 5 minutes walk away. Clean rooms with modern bathrooms. Super friendly staff and coffee and tea and small snacks in the hallway.

The room was small, but ok. It also was a little noisy. I could hear ever word of the Harry Potter film my neighbor was watching. At midnight I asked him to turn it down and he did. Breakfast is not in the building itself but at a nearby cafe. You get a choice of a cold drink, a warm drink and a pastry. Not the most healthiest of breakfasts, but it is a fun Italian experience. Just buy some fruit during the day.

They property was very clean, i stayed there for 6 nights and everyday cleaning lady used to clean my room.

My TV in room did not seem to work. Maybe batteries in remote were dead.

The staff and owner were extremely friendly, the facilities are newly renovated, modern and clean. The location is great for exploring the city.

Very well located in the historical center of the city, at 150m of the entrance to the archeological site. High quality accommodation. Possibility for car parking at a 100 m distance.

Breakfast was very poor. Located in a nearby Cafe, the staff charged 2,80€ for a second coffee. Hardly any English.

The hotel has everything you need, it's cozy and clean, good location to walk everywhere.

Beware there are a lot of mosquitoes in the area and the hotel doesn't have nets to prevent them enter and they are huge.

Good place when we finally got in a 5 min walk to the port which was good for us as we travelling to capri

good location although a little scary to walk down at night and good value breakfast

looked nothing like the photos. the balcony is barred off so you can’t use it. Didn’t get any sleep due to bugs eating me all night (covered in 15 bite marks today) and no one at reception/products to get rid of them. Loud construction from 7am outside. a VERY VERY unpleasant experience

The breakfast is your weakest point. At least to an scandinavian person. Coffee an orange juice is fine but what they actually serve you to eat is cheap bread always with a lot of sugar in it. You are better off without it.

We were warmly welcomed and given full attention and assistance despite arriving late because of a delay in our flight. We were very pleased with the location (short walk to good food and the ferry), the cleanliness and comfort of our room, and most importantly, as mentioned in the beginning, is the warmth, professionalism, and kindness!

Only suggestion is to clearly indicate directions to go to the 3rd floor.

This is a great small hotel with very good location for the port and an easy walk into the Naples shopping and old town areas. The staff were great and the rooms comfortable and clean. Recommend taking the Alibus from the airport to the port and then walk the 5 minutes to the hotel.

Breakfast was provided at local cafes with a voucher. Sadly this was the disappointing thing - service at the Mavi Cafe was bad, the first day they didn't seem to want to serve us, prioritising paying customers rather than us with the voucher. e managed to get a croissant, but the coffee did not materialise, so we walked off to find somewhere else. We didn't bother going back there the second day. This is a reflection of Mavi and not the hotel. But I urge the hotel to find another cafe to to work with for the vouchers.
