There were lots of amenities right next to the hotel, you have Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts and Olive Young in the same building. There's two streets lined with restaurants right opposite so it's quite a busy neighbourhood. The room itself was quite spacious and clean. The beds were comfy and big. We visited for the Seventeen concert and the wanted to get a hotel near the Gocheok Sky Dome.

Honestly, transportation was not as convenient as I would like it to be. The nearest subway station was around 5 minutes walk and somehow I could never get the taxi to stop right in front of the hotel lobby on Uber. The corridors are very dimly lit at night which was quite funky because I've never really seen any hotel with a darker walkway haha. The toilet was very minimalist or 'empty' and just how everything was put was quite weird. You have the toilet amenities located near the kettle outside the toilet and the hairdryer in a very awkward position below the luggage space. The complimentary water bottles was put inside the fridge which also took us quite some time to find. Might be nit picking the tiny details but it was quite an expensive stay and we were only looking out for the convenience of the location when I book so I still give this place an 8. Would I stay again if I'm coming to Seoul for travelling? Most likely not, it's quite a distance from all the major shopping areas e.g. Hongdae, Myeongdong, Gangnam etc.

Everything was great. I cannot fault any part of my stay and the room was just what I hoped for. I has stayed in multiple Airbnb's leading up to this stay and so this was a huge step up.

I have very little complain about. If I was super picky I would say please don't come over to you with 20 mins left at breakfast time to say we will be closing in 20 mins. It's a small complaint but sometimes these things annoy you hearing it every day.

Unfortunately rooms very noisy both from street and corridor. Pity not better soundproofing, would have enhanced stay as hard to sleep.

The receptionist so helpful and really good English. I love the one who have short hair with black clothes working on day time. She's so helpful. The cafe and restaurants really great with all people in there who be so kind. Maids cleaning room so fast and be friendly.

The surrounding area in GURO is quote run down and not clean.

The rooms were clean and felt luxurious. But there was a motor turning on and off every two minutes, and that disrupts your sleeping.

Was comfortable and everything easy to understand and use.

The mirror was not cleaned and lint stuff on the bed. Should have been dusted properly.

Staff at Reception was extreemy helpful and kind. Expecially Mr Kyle. Nice breakfast.

All was fine

breakfast more than sufficient but I would not take breakfast - many options in Korea that met my expectations. plus I am not a breakfast person.

many varieties NOTHING I did not like. we are strict in our diet the chef was helpful with the least English but he was helpful , was quick to answer my doubts.

Good business hotel, easy to get around and rooms are comfortable. Lots of restaurants around the area and very easy to got around to places in the city

My friend forgot some items and the honest staff held the items for a week so I could pick them up and mail them back to the US.
