Excellent location very close to Marina Rubicon. Fabulous villa which was exceptionally clean with every possible convenience one would need. Great communication with hosts. Have stayed in many types of accommodation in Lanzarote over 20 years and this is one of my favourites.

great location, close enough to the action, with sea views, but also away from the crowds. plenty of space, including the balcony, patio and private pool. The staff we spoke to were super helpful and friendly.

we didn’t use the sofa bed as a bed, and it wasn’t the most comfortable of sofas….

Beds are very firm! The website pictures are a few years old & so the furnishings (IKEA) are showing their age. Not quite as luxurious as you expect from the pics. If you book on Booking.com it’s a little cheaper than direct but you don’t get to choose your villa so you will be allocated what is remaining. Our first week was not great as we were allocated a villa with a pool in desperate need of refurbishing. This was disappointing as it looked old and green, nothing like the pictures. We were moved to another villa after 6 days of a 14 day stay but had there not been a free one I would have been extremely disappointed. Sloop and Ketch are the 2 that need renovation as at Oct 2022

The quality of everything in the villa was excellent. The villa was spotlessly clean. There was a massive bowl of fruit; there was milk, bread, fruit juice, jam and two cans of beer in the fridge. Two clean teatowels, two vileda cloths, a sponge/scourer and lots of washing up liquid. Plenty of loo rolls (not cheap stuff either), which meant we didn't need to buy any for the entire week. Plenty of towels, again not cheap or tatty. Aircon in every room. The pool wasn't heated but the cover absorbed the heat of the sun so the pool was adequately warm enough. Manuel was extremely helpful and friendly. The villa is in a great location, 5 mins walk from the Hyperdino supermarket, a great little cafe/patisserie (which also sells lovely bread rolls) and the Rubicon marina where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. 15-20 min walk along the walkway to the main Playa Blanca area.

The beds and sunbeds were a little uncomfortable. The sun doesn't hit the pool or sunbathing area until 11-11.30am.

The property is really safe and private. Location is perfect for walking to shops and resturants. It is fully equipped with all modern facilities. WIFI is strong. Beds are extremely comfortable. Pool was perfect, clean and in sunlight. Outdoor shaded seating areas are super. AC units are very effective. Manuel the host was extremely friendly and approachable.

Everything was perfect. No bad comments to make at all.

the property had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. our flight was delayed, so we arrived later than planned, when we arrived all the shops were shut, but there were beers in the fridge along with milk and bread and also snacks!

Lovely clean and simple villa in a great location, just a 5 minute walk from the beautiful Marina Rubicon and its many restaurants whilst still feeling quiet and secluded. The pool area was a great size for the two of us with comfy loungers and a shaded area to provide a rest from the sun. We didn't bother having the pool heated, it was a good temperature without but we were blessed with hot weather most days, so it was great to cool off in! Communication with Manuel was great throughout and it was a lovely touch to have a few essentials ready for us in the fridge upon our arrival. The villa has everything you need for a great stay in Playa Blanca. We would not hesitate to stay again!

One of the patio doors was a bit of a nightmare to lock, but we flagged this and Manuel quickly had someone come and take a look at it and replace the lock. The downstairs area took a while to cool down with the air con on so it got quite hot.

It was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. we enjoyed everything and the host was very helpful with so many details regarding the neighbourhood..

Good size villa for a family of 4. Clean and tidy. Pool was crystal clear and warm. Had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Great location.
