We did not have breakfast.
The floor in the showers felt a bit slippery underfoot. A non- stick shower mat would be great BUT how do you stop guests 'accidentally' pack them with their belongings.

Room was bigger than I thought it would be and very comfortable. Easy distance to shops and highway. Close to attractions.

Receptionist was lovely on arrival, nothing was hard for her. Very polite and friendly.
Loved staying over for the night as it was located on the main area that I was leaving from this morning, good hit water and pressure too! Bonus was being able to have my dog stay for the night.
Will stay there again if travelling past there. Thank you 🙏
Under the bed hasn’t been swept in a fair while by the looks of things, I was finding my sons shoe - only reason I looked under there. Other than that place was beautiful and clean.

Disappointed regarding the cleanliness of the room - when turning on the felling fan a large tuft of hair& dust came out from under the bed & single chairs in the room had bottom lining falling out & hanging from the sides of each chair- could do with replacing

The location was good - I knew that when I booked - close to pubs and the local Ex-Services Club. The under-cover parking was very good as it was raining on the Wednesday morning when I left and continued all the way to Grafton and afterwards for the 10.30am funeral. The parking spaces are tight - even for my little car.
Highway noise (I knew that would be an issue), no face washers were provided with towels, the shower rose was 30cm2 and was too high, the jets were super-fine and even with taps turned on at full flow, it made usage difficult but not insurmountable (I adapted). A Best Western that I used for work that was across the highway, was quieter.

We only stayed for one night, the room was very clean and comfortable.
There wasn't anything that we didn't like about the accommodation.

On the third day we put our sign out for our room to be cleaned (before 10am as requested) and we returned to our room at 3-4pm and the room was missed and never cleaned. Our room was pushed far back in a dark little corner next to the washing machine room. Parking was very very tight.
