Worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed in.
$200 a night, cold tiles. Couldn’t open verandah door because people snaking on nearby verandah
But worst of all was the mouldy smell.

- Large room, very comfortable king bed
- Very clean
- Nice little pool alongside rear main Byron Beach access and outdoor showers
- Easy to use car parking and elevator
- Cute little nest of Welcome Swallows in the car park
Cons
- Doors are THIN. You will hear everyone in the hallways and every door slam anytime in the night, and it will wake you up!
- Some of the walls are thin too. Heard some loud TVs come through
- Bring earplugs just in case

rooms was clean , big and comfortable. Andrew help us get to town when it was raining so we won’t miss our dinner reservation
location was great it was 3min walk in to town 4min from the beach but quite as it out of the Main Streets.
except of annoying “next room neighbour “ that keeps asking to be quiet even when we didn’t have any noise in the room everything was great!
