La casa en muy buenas condiciones, muy limpia, muy amplia, con una vista preciosa y su alrededor muy tranquilo y muy bonitas vistasLa pasamos fenomenal, a pesar que una de las recámaras no estaba en buenas condiciones el split, nos acomodamos muy bien Fuimos 10 personas, dos familias completas y la verdad todo el servicio desde nuestra llegada hasta nuestra salida fueron muy amables con nosotros. Overall, a very satisfying vacation stay. We were three couples and a single so the four bedrooms each with its own washroom/shower was perfect. On the positive side:The transportation service to/from the airport and our driver Moises was terrific.Our cleaning lady Ana Maria was also terrific, and as a bonus helped us figure out how to get the oven going and fixed the LR blind that had an issue.The property manager Jose was 100% responsive and reacted promptly to any issues we had (A/C unit, washer, hot water) and the maintenance workers that came out (Jose Antonio) were super.The beds and pillows were comfy.The four restaurants we visited were excellent (Terra Cotta twice, La Crema, Xipol, Rocoto)Cabs were inexpensive to get to/from restaurants and the grocery store (50 pesos each way).On the negative side:The dock out front was quite noisy and irritating.We did see one roach and small scorpion near the pool and one roach in the house.A small misunderstanding regarding water delivery and payment.It took a bit of figuring out as to the fact the BBQ needed to be plugged in to get the lighter to work.The house was for sale so we were slightly inconvenienced when showings occurred.

The property is well laid out, the pool is amazing. everything was well looked after and very clean. we had a slight issue with the fridge freezing up when we were there but the property manager was very prompt to try have it repaired. The kitchen lacks for nothing. overall a very nice place and i would defiantly recomend it

No words are going to describe this beautiful place! 1 out of 10? 20! Everything was outstanding, from cleanliness to quietness! Ana was our AirBnB cleaning person and I can’t express my gratitude to this beautiful human being! We would comeback again to Huatulco and rent this place again. Everything we needed we got help with, management team are great! Thank you for making our staying safe and super comfortable!

This was our sixth time to Huatulco and our second time in Casa Buena Vida - our first since our first MHV rental six years ago. We were ecstatic to be able and get back to Buena Vida and jumped at the chance when it presented itself. It is the best house we have rented in Huatulco - incredible views, the great swim up pool/bar and the best staff of Ana Maria and Tim. Everyone at My Huatulco Vacation makes the entire experience seamless and are there at any minute to answer any questions or concerns. We had just an incredible week and are already booked to come again next year. We can't wait already!

We found a beautiful 4 bedroom, 5 bath home w infinity pool for vacation rental and booked it on line. Due to COVID, we then pushed our vacation back one year. The company was most helpful & cooperative.We loved our one week stay there last week!

They told me that the kitchen and living room A/C units were out of service and missing parts. It was extremely hot and in my desperation I turned them on to see if they worked. Guess what? They lied, they do work but orefer to tell guests the AC units don’t work so that you don’t use them and save energy. If I would of known that the ACs were not working in the common areas and only in the bedrooms, there is no way I would have booked this property. On another note, the description says daily maid service. This is not true and misleading. I booked a stay for 5 days and services was provided twice. Olease update description to reflect reality.

Had a wonderful vacation in this superb home. It is absolutely beautiful. The place is fabulous for a family or group as it is spacious, many decks and sitting areas, lots of ways to have privacy, yet big open spaces to gather together. Very professionally operated and very responsive.

I've vacationed all across Mexico and this house is one of the best I've ever been in. Spacious bedrooms, large bathrooms, showers and plenty of spaces to be alone.The kitchen is laid our wonderfully and you've got to love the glass wall that opens to your pool and the ocean.As evening rolls in, turn on the exterior lights, enjoy a margarita at the swim up bar and feel the tension and stress melt away.This is a perfect place for a group of couples, a family reunion or even a business retreat.Just know you'll need a taxi every time you leave, but that's easy to make happen and cheap, about $2.50 US a ride.

The house has a good location, 3 rooms have a nice view and the 4th is in the basement (no view). VRBO helped to find and select the property, however the entire rent process/agreement is handled by an external agency, "My Vacation Huatulco Property Rentals".
My only recommendation is that If you are planning to reserve tours/excursions, you can do it at the Marina in Huatulco and find a much better price instead of using "My Vacation Huatulco Property Rentals".

Huatulco is an absolutely amazing place, and to be able to stay in such a lovely home just puts it over the top. The house is beautiful and over looks Marina Chahue. The staff is so friendly and amazing and help keep the house in meticulous condition. I've stayed in this house twice and look forward to my next visit! Highly recommended!

it exceeded our expectations. It is the perfect place for a large family to stay. we had 10 people including 5 siblings, 3 nieces and a couple of spouses and the space was perfect. plenty of room to be together and still have your own quiet space if you wanted. It is extremely clean and it has everything you need and more for cooking. Anna Maria and Jose cant do enough for you they are the icing on the cake. They even provide a phone with local numbers for taxis and other important numbers. we had a fabulous time and look forward to coming back!!!we will be talking about this vacation for years to come it was a very special place

From the moment we got off the plane until we were flying home our experience was amazing!Huatulco is a beautiful city with lots to do but we also enjoyed just being at such a well designed and maintained house that we literally were happy at every turn. We arrived to a spread of food and our pantry stocked with the food we had ordered which made the flight and super quick ride from the airport that much easier. The staff Anna Maria and Jose really made the whole experience. Anna Maria would be found chatting up my 5 year old daughter, both not speaking the same language but somehow laughing and smiling all the while. Anna Maria really cares about your time in Mexico and was so kind to all of us while we were there. The villa is really set up for two families with matching master suites and ample living space that 5 kids and 4 adults always had enough room to feel relaxed. I had thought that the inlet and marina wouldn't be as nice as looking out to the ocean, but seeing boats float by, fish (and a massive manta ray) jumping as well as how calm it was I think was even better. You can get a cab to town for about $2 CAN or borrow the couple of bikes if you are in need of some more food, entertainment or just want to go on an adventure. We also hiked to some pristine beaches that only took 20 minutes to get to which was one of the most beautiful places I have ever been to. I would highly recommend this exact villa, the perfect organization from myhuatulco and the over the moon service/care/love from the staff at the villa! I will be back to Huatulco for sure and it will be hard to beat that villa. Thanks for a memorable stay, you have gained some lifelong clients :)

House is extremely well laid out for a Huatulco vacation. All the amenities you need, including full time help, are provided. The staff was exceptional.There were only two shortcomings: The internet was intermittent and did not reach the second floor bedrooms; there is a dog next dog that howls a lot.

This was our first time renting a house rather than staying in an all inclusive so I was worried how it would go. I should not have worried. The house is beautiful - with lots of room for everyone. There are multiple decks and levels that allow for different meeting places if guests want to spend time apart or together. The house has every amenity you can imagine (a pump to blow up pool floaties, every pot and pan you could possible need, dvds, books, a cooler, umbrella to take to the beach, board games...). The house has an excellent location as it overlooks the water, is private, but is only a ten minute walk to the supermarket and restaurants. Ana Maria and Jose are wonderful! We will return next year.
