This property is a winner! Large bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, plus a beautiful deck to relax and enjoy the scenery. The water filled bird bath in backyard brought many birds and we enjoyed the view. Loved this property!

My parents visited us from PA and we decided to take a little trip to Sedona since they had never been there. This rental house was perfect for two couples, was very quiet, and private, and was less expensive than booking 2 hotel rooms in town. We really liked having separate spacious bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, and being able to park in the garage since we had some rain on our first day. The living room is spacious and the big sofa comfy and easy to relax on during the evenings, after everything in town has closed. Our host was friendly and sent me his recommendations for local activities and restaurants. The beds were both comfortable with good mattresses and we all slept well. Views from the living area are wonderful and the kitchen is nice enough to allow for cooking during longer stays if needed. Definitely one of the nicer places I have rented, and I have traveled quite a bit. You should be aware that traffic is heavy going from Oak Creek into Sedona, so if you stay in this area budget at least 45 minutes to get to the west side or uptown. We had a 3pm scenic area tour scheduled, and barely got to that office in time because the drive took almost an hour and parking was tricky. Apart from the traffic (hard to avoid) we had a wonderful stay and I can absolutely recommend Nick’s place!

This place was perfect for our family. It felt like home for my husband and our two teenagers. Teenagers are hard to impress and we all had a great time. There were games to play, which we did on the first night when we were exhausted from traveling. Great family time. It was just south of Sedona, so not near as much traffic, but close to everything we came to Arizona to see. There is a store two blocks away and great dining options in the village of oak creek. My daughter and I took walks around the neighborhood and met some very nice neighbors also. Would recommend this place to everyone coming to the Sedona area. Nick was super responsive and the house had literally everything you could need.

We stayed for a week. We liked the location in Oak Creek Village. Older home but nice. Comfortable in good neighborhood. Oak Creek Village is south of Sedona and the road to and from can get really congested, but there's plenty of places to eat, shop to etc. in Oak Creek. Homey with everything you need and was at a good price (a little over 200). Pretty view from back deck. Plenty of room for 2-4 people.

The location is ideal and the house is clean, well-furnished, relaxing, well-decorated, and spacious. The owners were very responsive and low-key. Everything about staying in this location was easy and comfortable. We would stay here again.

My wife and I come to Sedona every year and we'll definitely be staying at Nick's place from now on. This is, by far, the best value in Oak Creek Village - beautiful red rock views in the back yard, open floor plan, comfy beds, smart tv's in every room, and only 2 blocks from all the action.
Above all else, Nick is extremely easy to work with and provides great communication before, during and after your trip - he'll do anything to make your stay enjoyable.

House was great. Had everything we needed. The only suggestion might be blackout curtains for bedroom. We didn’t expect daylight at 5:30am! Red rock views from backyard. Nice seating area in living room. Clean & neat!

Enjoyed staying at your home. Great location if you wish to be away from the busy areas/ traffic yet close enough to not be a problem. Several main attractions very nearby. Plenty of groceries, gas, restaurants, minutes away. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

This house was a great place for us to stay in Sedona. It has 2 big bedrooms, lots of space for us 4, (2 couples). We parked our car in the garage which was awesome and helpful because it rained a couple of days! Nice owner and great value.

This house was perfect for our 4-day stay in Sedona. The bed was comfortable, spacious living/dining area, and the kitchen had what we needed. We also liked staying in Oak Creek Village, away from the traffic in Sedona proper. The driving time to get to trails on the other side of Sedona or to restaurants in Sedona was very manageable.

We had a great time at this property. Great location, close to restaurants, shopping, trails and golf! The house had beautiful views of the red rocks of Sedona and was on a quiet street. The house was roomy and had everything we needed. Nick was a great host and very responsive to any questions we had. I'm sure we will try to book this property again when we are in the Sedona area.

The home is located in Oak Creek, a community just south of Sedona. It is a nice area with beautiful red rock easily visible from the home, and trails not too far for hiking. This trip to Sedona was the first time we experienced snow, actually 17” of snow fell one night. In a couple of days, most of the snow was gone and we were back on the trails hiking. The open-concept home provided a very nice space for four individuals to prepare meals, eat, watch television, and do multiple activities at the same time. The deck was nice, with plenty of seating and the grill worked well. The two bedrooms were nice in size with walk-in closets and each with its own bathroom. I call it a work in progress because it is an older home and a number of issues need to be taken care of such as the proper installation of the dishwasher. I have terrible allergies and was very concerned about the visible dust in the vents and window sills when I walked into the home. The home needs a deep cleaning including the bedroom carpets and windows. It is a beautiful view, but the windows need cleaning.

The house was perfect for our small girls trip to celebrate my sister's upcoming wedding. Excellent location with close (walking) proximity to shops, restaurants, and a grocery store. Close to hiking trails and a quick easy drive pretty much anywhere in Sedona you want to go.
The house had the perfect layout and all the amenities. Great nature watching off of the back porch (birds and rabbits). I would definitely visit again.

This was a great place to stay. Home was clean, spacious and everything you need is provided. The views are spectacular with a nice porch to sit on to take in the scenery. Grocery store and restaurants very close by. The town is very clean also.
Not as close to the heart of Sedona as I had thought but a short 20min drive is all it took to get there.
The owner was very quick to respond and very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again

My family traveled from Texas and had such a comfortable stay at this home. It has beautiful red rock views from the living/dining/kitchen areas. The home is very spacious and was clean. Would definitely recommend and we will be back!

House is located in a quite neighborhood. Not in a congested part of Sedona. Good restaurants in.this area and a very nice grocery store within a mile of the house. House was comfortable and spacious.

Dan’s place is comfortable and accurately portrayed in the listing He created a comfortable space to relax with our family in the evenings and enjoy quiet sunrises on the deck looking at the mountains. Only feedback is slight delays in response and system things to work through in changing our reservation, though Dan was flexible with our change in plans, which was very appreciated!
I would stay again if we were in the area!

Amazing Place, Awesome Host
Not only was the home amazing, the host Nick was the nicest, kindest man we've dealt with yet.
Very attentive, and ensuring everything was perfect to keep us comfortable and happy. He gave us some awesome local knowledge of hidden gems for hiking at too, which was amazing. Highly recommended.

Once inside it was okay.
Certainly not a 5 star luxury property as previously reviewed by others. Took a deep breath as we drove up as the lack of “curb appeal” was borderline scary. Weeds, overgrown hedges, smashed garage door …. Interior ok but then again back porch area with torn seat cushions and more weeds and unkept backyard (and shoddy homestead next door as well) was not providing the view and serenity for morning coffee or evening wine sipping. Musty smelling bath towels, odd outdated canned goods in the pantry, luxury no, adequate and fairly priced for what we got. It won’t take much to upgrade the property to warrant a better review and even a higher nightly price. Had to chase checkin information.

Great location
Best location to stay when visiting Sedona!! Close to uptown but far enough away to enjoy some quiet time. We took 2 of the Pink Jeep tours which were fantastic. One was to the Grand Canyon which if you have never been is a must see!! House was convenient to restaurants and food store. Very peaceful and beautiful view of Red Rocks sitting on the deck.

Village of Oak Creek is a wonderful community. This house puts you in the heart of the action. It also provided great views of the surrounding area. The lack of big city lights made star gazing unreal.
