Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 3. Stock mit grosser Terrasse, die Aussicht auf das Meer und die Stadt Vieste ist sensationell!

Struttura bella e curata, pulita. Personale gentile e disponibile a ogni richiesta. Colazione molto buona dolce e salato vasta scelta e prodotti buoni. Piscina grande con tende gazebo e curata come il giardino. Mare a due passi, pulito e con diverse scelte di stabilimenti balneari. Abbiamo preso ombrellone e lettini e mangiato bene da Helios. Poi ci siamo spostati per provare e pagare ombrellone e lettini un pò meno da Vela velo. Abbiamo mangiato anche da loro bene. Mare pulito e spiaggia immensa. Ideale anche per la nostra cagnolina, In spiaggia possono girare. Consigliatissimo.

There was no drink service at the swimming pool, it was a pitty.

This is an excellent hotel in its category. The location is perfect. The view is very pleasant and the property extremely well maintained. The beach is just on the other side of the road. The staff is very friendly. The type of guests in the hotel is quiet. The breakfast is good. The room 201 is totally decent with a large balcony with sea view, an efficient air conditioner and a comfortable bed. Nothing to complain about. We have a very big respect for the gardener who is putting so much effort in his garden even under very temperatures. The result is stunning. There is a large parking area and the parking is free. The pool area is really beautiful and we loved it. Seems like guests prefer to go to the see so it’s very quiet around the swimming pool that has some spots with good shadow area.

Since we are being asked and it’s not at all something that should prevent other people to stay at this beautiful hotel, the camping next door can be really noisy at times. But no worries the bedrooms are well isolated. The second point is that it would have been good to have the clarification upfront (before completing the booking) that the beach package was not included. No big deal for us as we are not beach people but it would be easy to mention it in the room description.

Easy access with good parking facilities. Good breakfast.

Breakfasts were excellent -very good choice of food from cold meats and pastries to scrambled egg and bacon and the dining room was very well appointed and staff attentive. Lovely beach across the road from the hotel, which we used even though the season had ended and we had it to ourselves - We were given adjacent rooms, which was useful, and each had a sea view. Pool was beautifully appointed but rather too cold to swim in when we were there

The hotel was some distance from the town (20 mins walk) and so a vehicle was needed to access local restaurants (We were unable to find local taxis) The hotel did not provide for lunch or dinner and there was no bar The bed had a protective mattress cover which made sleeping uncomfortable

Facility is quite new, elegant, and built on the site of a former famous castle, portions of the old walls still in evidence as they outline the property on the ocean side. Nice, private, ocean view patio off our room. The breakfast room is just simply fabulous in design. Large, comfortable, and contiguous with an outdoor eating area. And breakfast lasts three and a half hours.

Amazingly, there was no chair or couch in the room. Sit on the bed or sit outside. Not sure if this was unique to our room, or the status quo. A hotel this nice, which it was, could do better.
