Took nearly 15 min for someone to show up at the desk to check in. Room was small, and bed was not comfortable.

The information said there would be a breakfast - but when I went to the main lobby there was no breakfast and was told due to covid they were not serving food. No where was that disclosed - not on my reservation or in any of the correspondence prior to me checking in - in fact it was not disclosed when I check in.

Staff was very friendly. Location seemed very safe. Great place to stay.

There's no breakfast, unlike it said when we booked it. I'd call and ask if you plan on staying here.

The property was exceptionally clean. Other reviews mentioned how clean it was and they were right. I was reading reviews of several properties in the Louisville area with smoke smell in spite of no smoking rules, and this was free of smoke smell.

We were disappointed about inadequate updates to the room which I reserved because it was a king, not because it was accessible. Although "accessible", it was a challenge. There was not night light, night stand, or electrical outlet on one side of the king-sized bed, but instead an open shelf upon which to hang clothes. The bathroom had a small, free-standing sink with zero counter space. I haven't used a sink like that since the 70's, and bathroom counter space is a must for all customers. The coffee pot would not run unless the wall light was turned on., and that was not a pleasant discovery at 5:00 a.m. when my spouse wanted coffee as I was trying to sleep. Lastly, putting multiple grab bars around a bathtub does not make the tub accessible. A plastic chair in the bathroom to use in the tub does not make it accessible. An accessible shower would be a low entry shower, not a tub. The "accessibility modifications" in this room were disappointing and frustrating.
