The staff of this hotel is really amazing, good advices, always ready to help, makes you feel at home. The hotel has nice facilities like swimming pool, gym, good breakfast with lots of options. I had a really nice stay.

Brekfast was very good. Hotel is located at a very convinient location. Check in and Check out was very fast and easy.

Could add more variety to the brakefast.

Perfect location. Walking distance to the waterfront which is gorgeous. Supermarkets and shops and cafes all around. Nice lobby and the gym is small but functional.

The shower is quite grimy, and there is a curtain which covers the window in the shower. As it's cloth it seems to be a bit mouldy which is gross. The carpet is very worn and everything could do with an upgrade. Room service menu said 24hours but when we called at 9.20pm it had already stopped.

Food variety was plentiful, also good flavor. The room was big and location is good as well, the hotel is next to Carrefour and the Subway.

The place was very dirty.the lobby/restaurant/shop was extremely noisy and uncomfortable, the elevators were slow. The room was very dirty. The restaurant was very dirty and the tables crowded.

Breakfast not included in the rate (holiday inn in huangdao does it.. apparently it’s different branch..)

- Good location for Qingdao as a whole - Many good restaurants within walking distance, including Istanbul, Milano and Wagas - Carrefour supermarket next door - Long breakfast time (6-10) - Good breakfast - Friendly staff who tried to be helpful - Comfortable room

- Not a good location for the old town and it is NOT near a beach despite what other reviews say (it's a 5 minute walk to the seafront but there is no beach there) - Rooms are worn - sockets and light fixtures in our room were loose and the shower flooded the bathroom and continued to do so even after it had been 'fixed' - The cleaner gave us about one second after knocking before entering - When the do not disturb sign was on the door we were first called, then when we didn't answer someone actually came to the door to verify we didn't want to be disturbed! - Almost no vegetarian options at the dinner buffet - Room service arrived cold every time
