rooms suited our needs
- kitchen equipment was adequate, but selection of kitchen pots and pans, and storage containers for leftovers etc.. was a bit minimal, but we coped ok.
- washing machine leaked on use, meant we couldn't really do our washing during our stay (we reported this to managers)

Location is walking distance to Macrossan street and to the four mile beach.
Room was spacious and the changed the sheets midway through our stay
If they changed the sheets perhaps the could have changed all the towels and mopped the premises as well.
Complimentary drinking water could be provided on day one.
No bbq facilities.

The location was close walking distance to town and the amenities at the resort were great.
A laundry is located on site which makes it so much easier.
The pool area was super close and clean.

position was good & they were happy to facilitate our upgrade request. haveing a washer @ dryer was very good
very dark lighting extremely poor. courtyard flooded from watering leaving a muddy area & mess on paved area. floors while looking clean left our feet extremely dirty.

The location to the main town was only 10 minutes
The King bed was just two singles pushed together so it was uncomfortable to roll onto the middle seam throughout the night
The bathroom had a Gecko in there as we checked in, and by the second day ants had somehow got into the bathroom despite us having any drinks consumed in the room in the bin in the kitchen.
Our fan didnt work unless it was at the highest speed which was relatively useless
The carpet had stains on there and felt dirty on our feet.
The kitchen tiles didnt seem like they were properly cleaned, they were grimy and slimy to walk on barefoot. In general the cleanliness of the room was not good.

cutlery/crockery all v worn & tired ( needs replacing tbh) the hob buttons had no markings on so we didn’t know what was high/low heat.

Loved the apartment, fantastic size, very clean and homely! Felt very safe and welcomed. We will definitely recommend and stay again!

It was close to the beach, the main strip wasn't far away and there was free parking
Was a bit run down and there was hair on the bed sheets and pillows. Bed wasn't too comfortable.

the apartment was not the cleanest. the toilet door had urine marks on it and mould in the shower. it needs a deepclean

Our room was very clean, spacious and a lovely view over the spa pool which was always warm and clean. Private & quiet. friendly helpful staff.
Just to note there is No lift access available there that I’m aware of if you require it.

The one bedroom apartment we had was large and very comfortable. Large bed very comfy and a good size bathroom. Great comfortable lounge. Nice patio on ground level near the pool.
Was a little far walking distance for us to the main street.
