Dirty laundry, cigarette wholes in blankets and furniture, rooms were dirty (just not cleaned). very worn out furniture and equipment. We decided to leave and take another hotel

When I check - in the property the air-conditioning was not working, the interior furniture’s was totally damaged with screws and nails popping out of the furniture, one rusted screw of the dressing table besides the bed was popped out which hurt my leg n Caused to bleed which led to infection, the room was smelling very bad. Toilet flush was not working. Shower handle was broken. The bins in toilet was not emptied , when I went to informed the designated person of the property which he came to the room and could not figure out what to do. He started to be rude and aggressive with a high tone. Moreover when I showed him my injury he said u have to open your eyes and walk. And he removed the rusted screw n took it with him without providing me any medication and first aid. When I request him for first aid he just walk away. I had no other option then to check out the same very time. As the place was not in a liveable condition for human being and no solution was provided by the property. And the property refused to refund my money money including booking.com is not ready to help

Christos is a very nice and helpful person we had nice chats every time we met. He gave us even bigger room than we booked. The location is good only 6-10 minutes walk from the beach. Spent here 8 nights and there is nothing to complain about as we knew we looking for a budget friendly accomodation. In my opinion if someone is looking for a 5 star experience should go to a 5 star place.

Good location, close to the beach and supermarkets

There were a lot of problems we encountered during our stay: - The room was not clean and smelled of oldness. The furniture was obsolete, clearly from the middle of the past century. The bed was squeaky and not very comfortable. The balcony door was broken, we opened it and struggled to close it back for half an hour. We had only one socket outlet in the room, and it was torn out from the wall. - The bathroom was poorly lit, dirty, and smelled of urine. The sink and the shower were tiny, with no hangers to dry the towels. - We spotted at least five cockroaches, one of them crawled out of the towel we used to dry our faces. - The staff was not very polite - The person at the reception desk had a very poor knowledge of English - We had to leave the key to the room ON the reception desk every time we left, where it remained unsupervised

run down. the pictures displayed on the ad do not represent the current state of the hotel. it needs a LOT of renovation, out the back is a building site, there are not clean / leisure areas outside. the price is a clue. very very old decor. location close to the beach / shops but within a run down residential area. looks abandoned my rooms smoke alarm was covered by a plastic bag. the tv was so small it wasn’t worth turning on. the wifi only works in the reception area.

Great location close to main town's attractions, close to the bus station, fair price of the accomodation and very pleasant mr. Christos ready to give help to his guests and make your stay comfortable.

Staff were extremely nice. It's good value for a stay close to the airport and down town Larnaca
