good location , super clean ,

it was not clear to us that the apartment was on the third floor . this is one single building with several apartments. ours was on the third floor… somehow I had understood from the pictures and the description that our unit was going to be stand alone and close to the outside garden table …. that was not the case. I’m not saying the description is misleading , but it’s probably a good idea to reword it . also there is one small clothes washing machine within the apartment, but the drier is shared, downstairs at the first floor, so be patient if you need to dry your clothes .

The owners are super helpful and friendly and eager to explain any questions. Claudio helped us carry our heavy bags. The setting and location was perfect for a visit to Siena. The bus arrives every 15 minutes to historic Siena. Could not be more convenient and enjoyable. This is the only place you need to research for your stay in Siena.

Everything was perfect - I would say that for a 4 day visit, 2 kitchen towels would have been better than one :)

excellent location to visit Siena and Tuscany. Christina and her family who run the hotel were extremely nice and helpful. there is a nearby coffee shop that is famous they could recommend and it’s a must go place.

Claudio was a great host!! He was very welcoming, communicative, and friendly. The location was very good -- about a 5 minute bus ride or 30 minute walk from the historic center of Siena. It would be nice if it was a little closer but still, a great value for the location. The room was very clean, large, and good. There is a washing machine in the room, and a communal dryer in the laundry room of the villa.

The only thing that wasn't good was that the WiFi didn't really work.

Staff were super helpful and we loved it - cannot recommend enough - there travel information and recommendations were great

very nice and cozy appartement. there is a private washing machine with a drying rack. Good parking. In the bathroom there is a bathtub and shower. All the appliances you need in the kitchen . A couple of minutes from a supermarket. And, the owner is very nice and helpful. Have fun🌸

Fabulous location in the Tuscan countryside but yet only a short distance (walk or frequent bus service) from the historic centre of Siena. Apartment was perfect and had everything we needed - the garden was available for us to relax in. Cristina was very friendly, suggested things to do, booked restaurants etc.

Very nicely decorated and equipped apartment, Very clean. Everything you could ever need was well stocked. Truly felt like a home away from home. The host, Cristina, is awesome! She attended all I needed for a nice trip, including even bandage for the blister on my foot and local bus tickets! Highly appreciated the best hospitality!

Everything. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and the grounds are lovely. There is a bus stop right outside the door, with buses every 15 minutes. so access into the city is quick and easy. Claudio and Cristina are excellent hosts.

Amazing location and hosts are very helpful. The room is well equipped and the property has a nice parking. Hosts are always happy to answer all your questions.

Internet could be a little bit better, but they are already working on improving it.

The villa was really comfortable and nice. The bed was great so we could rest very well. The family in charge of the villa is very kind, paying attention to the detail and taking serious client’s satisfaction. The location was perfect, near to Siena and easy to park.

We enjoyed the location, the facilities and the view immensely! It was so easy to park, comfortable and beautiful! We also highly appreciated the friendly staff that was very accomodating and helpful.

We stayed at Villa il Borghetto with our dog and everything about the place was simply perfect. The apartment was really cozy and we had everything we needed. Just out of the door there is a beautiful garden and a little park, so for staying with a dog it was great. Cristina and Claudio are very friendly and helpful, we can definitely recommend!

Great location just outside of the city but with parking that made it easy to travel with our dog. Hosts were great and provided excellent recommendations.

Ground floor apartment was a little loud due to people staying in the apartment upstairs.
