Les photos sont mensongères . Le mobil home est vieux .
L’endroit est humide , remplis de moisissures, de poils humain . Même pas de protection de matelas , pas de protection de coussin .
Même pas une micro - onde .
Des toutes petites serviettes : comme des tapis de bain .
Une honte d’accueil des gens comme ça , dans un froid glacial .
Une femme enceinte et deux enfants en bas âge .

I have to say this was the first time we were trying other parts for vaccation, i loved , we loved it , it was an exceptional experiance , we chosed it for birthday of our son where we celebrated with strangers and with the help of the stuff we made it very very memorabile i have to say thank you to all the stuff especially the girls who helpes us get together birthday celebration of our son, the staff is very nice and well prepared i rellally loved our stay and it is kot going to be the last one ,.... also cosimo and the lifeguard were very very nice The girls (Animatrici) best memory for us...
The only thing we didnt like was the water before entering the swimming pool is very dirty and we had to try very hard not to walk in the water where evrryone takes shower,...

Petit coin tranquille pour passer ses vacances ou pour y rester et aller explorer la Toscane en voiture. Personnel très sympathique et petit bungalow très propre et bien équipé.
L'emplacement est calme mais parfois on peut entendre des bruits de travaux en pleine nuit (?). Manque un peu d'insonorisation et des volets seraient bien en plus des rideaux. Mais tout ceci est à un point acceptable, ce n'est pas grave.
Le gros bémol ce sont les prix de la petite supérette du camping ou ils ne se font pas du tout prier sur les prix. Je conseille d'aller dans un supermarché en dehors.

Purtroppo alcuni ospiti hanno fatto rumore fino a tardi, inoltre i cuscini erano piuttosto scomodi

Has a great restaurant on the property.
Facilities were very basic. It had rained and the ground was very muddy and slippery and we needed to carry our suitcases 30-40m through this to our room. no wifi

Good loction, comfortable bed, clean bungalow nice staff,
all the blankets didn't smell well, a little bit of moisture in the corners of the walls in the bedroom

I loved the staff and you get everything there. You don't need to get outside of the village to get grocery/food and drink.

It was beautiful location, it was quite.
We couldn't leave without a bus ticket or car. The bus tickets were cash only. There was no heat, all 4 of us got sick. The stove didn't work, You got 2 garbage. bag the garbage one little thing of soap but for 9 days. I had to keep my dishes cleaned, They got mad because we needed more than 2 rolled a toilet paper we were there for 9 days, and then as soon as we checked out the staff was extremely rude to us.

there is a fee on body towels, and in the kitchen there is a penalty on dirty dishes, they expect us to clean without a splayed for cleaning…

staff were lovely! very clean. the restaurant was wonderful! good location.
it was quite tight for 5 adults. the advertisement said 2 bathrooms which was actually a little misleading as it was 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. not 2 actual bathrooms. but this may have just been a language difference. the towels were so small!!! they were the size of a hand towel which was very difficult to use. the pillows were also very flat and we used our coats and travel pillows to get comfortable. also no facilities to wash dishes although self contained. no soap, tea towels or anything. but overall not a bad place.

Beautiful Toscana area and very nice Cafe on the property.
The receptionist abandoned us in the middle of the registration WE HAD TO WAIT FOR HIM FOR TWENTY MINUTES IN THE COLD AND WINDY AUTUMN NIGHT.
Room was basically tiny CARDBOARD HAT-BOX.
Air-conditioner was JUST A DECORATION , made production year 2002......twenty years ago.
Bed mattress went down so much as a hammock.
And the most dramatic surprise was in the shower- going ALL BY ITSELF TO SCALDING HOT, AND THEN TO AMBIENT COOL. This contrast shower continued non-stop whatever we tried.
We probably will be suing the operating company for compensation for the fraud and ruined stay.l

Amazing view, Tuscany hills and trees, refreshing an relaxing, fair prices at the restaurant.
We went by bus, very easy to get there.
We will come back!
The difference in the temperatures at night can make the walls of the cabin rooms a bit wet and 'not fresh' air seems to circulate during the night.

Nice location for those who is traveling by car. It took us 30 minutes to get Firenze. The house is small, but it has everything you need. Good view and nature around. Great swimming pool without big crowd of people.

The pictures of the camp lied, the bungalow didnt look even closely like it did in the pictures. Small, hot and old facilities that had a horrible kitchen. The stove didn’t work and the dishes were dirty. Overall it felt nasty and not acceptable for the price we paid..

Good Kitchen, cool place
A bit dirty, small room, too small towels (face sized), I asked for a salt and pepper for my steak and the stuff didn't agree to give as, so I ended up buying 1kg of salt from their market just for my steak.

Nice staff, frequent bus service to Florence, 22 Km North.
The ad says "free wifi", but that's not true. You can only get weak wifi within a few meters of reception, and sometimes not there. I was shocked when by bill was €325 for five nights in a small cabin. That's over €60 per night. There are hotels near Florence for €85. This campground is raking in money, and can't be bothered to pay for a proper internet service. Not recommended.
