Tolle Lage. Hotel in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmer sind ok, Bad etwas klein reso. Dusche sehr klein. Keine Minibar. Toilettenspülung ist aus den 1980er. Man musste lange warten, bis es spülte. Knopf muss mit Kraftakt betätigt werden.

The location is perfect! The breakfast was excellent, there were a lot of options and they were all delicious. They also gave us a beautiful room with a good view! The staff were welcoming.

The only thing that we didn’t like was the temperature in the room. There were times when it got very hot…

Waiter is very rude and not helpful. Facility is worn and torn. No coffee carry out, no food is allowed except for your own room. The flush toilet barely works

The room was clean and comfortable. The rooftop bar was lovely. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was a nice treat.

Very poor wifi from room. Connectivity issues rather than performance. No connection issues from main foyer/reception.

Breakfast had plenty of choices, great view from the roof bar, close to everything we wanted to see and the fact that split level family suite had 2 bathrooms

Location was perfect for our stay in Florence. The room was very nice and totally made use of the stunning views from the rooftop terrace. Breakfast was very nice and had everything we could want.

Property advertised kettle in the room but none was provided. I asked reception but unfortunately a kettle could not be found. Not a big deal, (although I do enjoy my late cup of tea) and would not have mentioned it had it not been advertised. Would have been a perfect 10 if provided.

Breakfast was great but didn't understand that there would be a charge for a cappuccino . Room bonus was that we had a view over the city roofs.

The bathroom was a little tired.

The staff members were very helpful and happy to answer any questions. Walking distance to almost everything.

A little pricey as well as the parking garage. The bed was very soft, it was worn out and old. Very uncomfortable if you have back problems. My preference only as far as the firmness of the bed, others may prefer a soft mattress.

No room service or restaurant serving food, which they say they have both. Pool was closed which we weren’t informed of. Breakfast was basic and at times, we barely saw a staff member to help. You can hear everything in the room - people moving furniture late at night, the lift coming up and down. Cockroach in the toilet downstairs.

Tiny room. Poor lighting in the bathroom. Hardly any cupboard space for two people to hang clothes.

Centrally located, close to the station. I had a lovely large room which which was very comfortable and very well cleaned. The staff were perhaps some of the friendliest and most helpful staff I have met--from the cleaners and reception staff to those in the bar and those serving at breakfast. Check-in was super easy and took less than a minute and I REALLY appreciated the help and advice in navigating my way around buying a train ticket back to the airport. SUPER-SUPER helpful and I'm really grateful (and sorry I have forgotten your name :( ! ) Great job guys!! I had a wonderful stay and would come again.

I don't have any criticisms although water/coffee in the rooms would be nice for a 4 star hotel and the breakfast felt at times a little basic--but it was stilling filling and I never left feeling unfull.

A general refurbishment would do the hotel good. It might have just been my room, but the toilet smelled like stagnant water.

the hotel near for everything in Firenze and the breakfast is great, the place is spacious, they have beautiful places in the garden and at the pool, and the staff is very attentive with us , The one working in receptionist her name Silvia she’s wonderful, and we will be staying at this hotel next visit because of Silvia because he’s to much care of our family and our child. our room is spacious and has everything we may need.
