The location was great. Right in the middle of everything. The room and the facilities were very clean and smelled fresh. The staff was very polite and helpful.

The maintenance man was very friendly and very helpful! He was very quick and satisfying with the problem!

I actually didn’t find anything wrong! The maintenance man needs a raise he was at the front desk fixing things and keeping up the hotel! Because of him I’ll be back!

We thought we booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed. When we got there it was a studio. The sofa bed completely blocked the king bed. We asked for a different room with a one bedroom and they moved us to that type of room. Of course they charged us more. There were no sheets blankets pillows for the fold out sofa so I had to go down to the desk and ask for them.

The room was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed our quick stay.

That the app was false advertising. I wanted a room with a shower and door and got a room with a tub. They switched our room and got us a shower but no door !!

i had to stay an extra day but was unhappy that the rate changed from 125 to 185.....for the second night

toilet was rocking--oops. Shower glass was so built-up with soap scum and water spot streaks that my companion actually thought it was some sort of "obcure" glass that went from clear at the top to obscure at the bottom. She was horrified when I pointed out the truth. Won't return.
