Everything! It’s the best location to be in Lviv. Excellent price. Has character and old world charm but also comfortable, with air conditioning and lift. The staff really go out of their way to be of help.

Nothing to dislike.

I liked the room with the old furniture overlooking the church. It felt like home. I did feel I was charged a bit much extending my stay as it was advertised down in price but they adjusted it. To be honest everyone was so helpful and friendly, it was still excellent value. They were amazing with laundry and ironing and finding things out for you. I stayed in a 5 star hotel in Odesa and they didn’t iron and do the laundry as well as here. Maybe their excellence made me s bit fussy. It felt like home. I don’t stay anywhere else in Lviv and I will visit again. Breakfast is available and is great. The breakfast area is also See’s shelter is. It’s very comfortable but there wasn’t really an occasion I used it for very long. The attention to detail and antique furniture it just absolutely stunning. Everything works too. Everything is clean. Staff are so friendly.

There was nothing to dislike

The staff was good. Clean room. Loxation is perfect.

We booked a room with double bed. We were tired after 3 days on a road. We got a room with single beds put together instead. 😭😭😭 We were suffering the whole night long, as the wooden frame between 2 beds pushed our backs.
