- Room is fairly spacious - Bathroom worked as it should - Bed was decent - Would have rated higher if not for the horrible interaction with staff member

- When we first entered the hotel and went to check in, there was only one person available. Since they were helping another customer, we waited in line. It ended up taking quite a while, and we were very tired. Eventually, another staff member came out and we were expecting him to help us. Instead, he walked around us and asked the Japanese man behind us what he needed help with. Regardless of whether we speak Japanese, which we do, this was so incredibly rude. It has never happened at another hotel or even hostel in Japan. I still don’t understand why it did. But we were definitely offended. The man waiting behind us seemed confused that the staff had ignored us as well. Even though the other staff were polite, I could never stay here again. - The building looks like it might’ve been nice many years ago, but is tired and in need of updating

Senri Hankyu hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood on the North side of Osaka. It is very easy to reach, being next to the metro and monorail stations. The hotel is comfortable and friendly, and no too expensive
