Мы с мужем из США, где везде порядок, и люди соблюдают очередь. В Саирме с этим очень печально! Люди совершенно не соблюдают очередь, лезут через головы, толкаются, и очень грубы! Молодые люди, которые убирают со столов, никогда не улыбаются, забирают тарелки, когда есть ещё не закончили. Смотрят так, как будто мы им чем-то обязаны. Везде толкучка, трудно пробраться. В лифте не ждут пока люди выйдут, просто вламываются сразу, как лифт остановится. В этом отношении у нас был плохой experience ( опыт).... Кровати очень скрипучие, номер тесный, из душа вода заливает весь пол в ванной комнате, но полотенца не спешат менять. Хотя ванная комната очень светлая, отличные зеркала и современный интерьер...

It’s was our third trip to Sairme Resort. Glad that everything stayed the same. Stuff was very kind and helpful. Here is the most delicious buffet from all hotels we visited before. We will come back again for sure.

Everything is good. But you have to know that this pace is for total relax only. Maybe would be nice to add more “activities”.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, a lot of different delicious food

Old furniture in the room, in general the rooms could use renovation. It seems like it's been years since the last renovation, walls and furniture have dirt strains and dots on them, not exactly the room you'd expect for 500Gel.

Nothing there you can book hotel with full board at your location and specially for arab people please its a wast of time to visit this location
