Paní provozní zachránila svým vstřícným chováním jinak neprofesionální přístup číšníka, pro kterého práce opravdu není koníčkem.
Jinak retro,ale to jsme chtěli,,,, výborné snídaně.
Naše chyba byla,že jsme si dostatečně nepřečetli m2 pokoje.....do 10m2 se dva +pes opravdu nevejdou,teklo topení..museli jsme každý den vylevat misku pod ním.
Nejsme nároční...ale večeři jsme využili pouze jednou a myslím, že by měl kuchař vrátit diplom..raději jsme jedli jinde v Peci pod Sněžkou.

Location is absolutely fantastic, it has a great view from the terrace and during the night you can see the stars.
The lady at the reception was absolutely amazing, super friendly and ready to help with everything. Looked like she is doing everything around there, also always refilling the breakfast plates and everything.
Breakfast had all you could want as well.
They have a restaurant as well, and the food in the restaurant is a must try :)
There is a 200 CZK national park fee you need to pay to enter the area. This is not from them, but from the Czech National Park. You can pay it at a machine at the bottom of the hill, right next to the main skiing place.
You will get all instructions in the email, just follow them, as they are really well written.
The room I stayed in, could use a bit of an upgrade, but to be honest it was perfectly fine. Clean and comfy beds, and a sink in the room which was great to have, if you booked a room with shared bathroom. For the price absolutely unbeatable. Will come again

Great stay, great price for the location. Very kind staff. I would select better black tea for breakfast (e.g. ahmad), and my preference is higher pillow (e.g. anatomic). Meals was nice, goulash with potato "pancakes" is suggested.

The bed was not too comfortable, but for 2 days it was ok. Carpeted floor gives a slightly uncomfortable smell.

We were met by the most charming and friendly hostess welcoming us and ready to meet our needs. Although we arrived late and had a lot of questions, she was kind and helpfull throughout our stay. The kitchen was open late and offered exactly what we needed after a long drive - including a spectacular view. The room was as expected - maybe missing an extra blanket or pillow. We brought our own, but the staff would probably have helped, if asked. We would love to visit again.

Perfect place with friendly staff. Nice restaurant. Great views. It definitely meets the expectations if you don't need a 5-star hotel. It is a very cosy place with friendly atmosphere.

I liked the hotel a lot, their bar and the area where we had breakfast. And they had an online check-in option. We arrived late, the reception was already closed, but we could order our dinner by phone and it was prepared by our arrival. The stuff was very nice and friendly.
It was a bit distant from the city center. It's my mistake that I didn't double check it, but if you walk by foot, it might be a bit exhaustive, cause you need to go uphill for 30 minutes from the bus station.

The hotel is located in very beautiful place. You could take a drink or eat in their restaurant with the view to mountains. Personal is very professional and helpful.

The quality of food in the restaurant is very good, the food was delicious and the personnel was very friendly and welcoming.
As in terms of facilities, there is sauna and play room (with table tennis and table football) available, so there are some activities for the evening as well.
Room and the bathroom were clean and well equipped.
Breakfast choice is quite poor and in the menu itself there are only a couple of vegetarian options. It would be great to have more varied menu.
As in terms of the location, it is up the mountain, so reaching it by foot is challenging and we had to pay 250czk per person for the taxi to reach it. The parking option suggested by the hotel is paid one (from 70 to 250 czk) and either located too far from the hotel (you would also have to walk on the icy pavement that is not maintained) or there is open air parking, so potentially you would have to clean your car from all the snow gathered throughout the weekend.
