Desayuno muy rico, pan calentito, siempre algo salado y algo dulce, servido con mucha amabilidad por sus dueños; ubicación excelente cerca del lago caminando, en el baño faltó repisa para ubicar jabón, shampoo u otros, solicitamos toalla para secar el pelo y lo proporcionaron. Tiene un refrigerador en el que se puede guardar comida. Muy seguro.

Que no había TV en la habitación.

O B&B é perfeito. Um chalé estilo alemão, que guarda identidade com a atmosfera de Pucón, aconchegante e confortável. O quarto e banho são espaçosos. E os proprietários muito atenciosos e nos indicaram passeios muito interessantes, fora do circuito das agências de turismo.

Não há do que reclamar.

Close to the main street, stores and the bus stations. Pucon is a very walkable town. The lake is picture perfect! I took a stroll every morning and evening. Couldn't get enough of the view. Sofi was a great host. I also enjoyed taking Sammy (sheep dog) for exercise before breakfast!!!

This is my second time staying at this B&B. I stayed at the upstair double room. I am not good with a cold temperature but they provide good heating! The B&B is nicely decorated and the bed is comfortable. The shower is good. The location is walking distance to everywhere and it is quiet. The owner is friendly and very helpful. My husband and I had another lovely stay! Thanks both Walter and Pola!

Very cosy B&B in a rustic Chilean style. Warm and welcoming owner who was helpful with local information and day trip suggestions. Small but sufficient breakfast provided.

There was a little noise from other rooms due to wooden floors and doors but nothing too bad.

The staff was excelent. Sofia was taking care our confortable staying. Extra heating was possible in the cooler morning. Well organized place, beautifully decorated house. Freedom to go in and out when you want without disturbing anyone. Location wonderful: near the centrum, but on the peaceful street. View to the volcano straight through your vindow.
