I like the location, nice and beautiful. It was easy to travel for the planned places.

The price is good and sharing the bathroom was not a problem since the hotel was not crowded and everything looked clesn

It was not clear how to take the keys and the check in check out process.Moreover the room was not as pictured, since the floor was not wood and the roomed smelled a little bit like mold and humidity

The room was next to the road and it was terrible in the early morning, the smell in the room was disgusting too, smells like rat's pee and old. The drains in the bathroom didn't worked properly so the water was staying in the shower plate. And the sheets gave me allergy

Room smelled strongly of detergent or something, possibly from the whole floor carpet. Other than that the room was fine.

Very well located hotel, easy walking distance to the old town and castle. The staff was friendly and helpful, our room was clean, quite and comfortable and the communal bathrooms were very tidy. Free parking on site, easy check-in and check-out. We also loved the help yourself snack and drink bar where you will find and honesty box to pay honestly for what you have consumed. We very much appreciated this 😊🥰 We didn't have breakfast but it looked good, so if you're a breakfast person, it's probably worthwhile 😊

Close to station, easy to find, good view of lake

The room was big and cozy, and the location was great.

The room was next to the street and below the street level, you could smell moisture in the room the whole time, even though it looked freshly painted.

Staff is not present at the facility, you have to call some mobile numbers to get someone. Entry is possible with a numeric code, which is not updated, so it's not burglary-safe. Rooms were not really today's standard (bathroom across the floor, no desk for laptop). Up to here, everything was still ok for us. At the 3rd morning, we put the used towels to the floor to get new ones, like usual - but the old ones just got hung back up from there to the towel holders. This is not a joke! Children got fully charged for breakfast, although some announcement somewhere (cant find it any more) said otherwise and it's really not common to charge fully for 8-year-olds. When trying to address the last 2 points, staff reacted brazenly, with no traces of apology.
