The location is very fine- in the senter of the town; the room is spacious, there is an air conditioning too.

The hotel does not serve breakfast. The matrasses er hard.

The room was big and clean. The man on the desk didn't understand English but on two occassions, because I wasn't happy about something (rare for me - see under negatives) he contacted someone to translate... so he was try hard to be helpful. Location is very good for centre of town.

Where do I start? Not sure if bookings.com are also to blame, but I will speak the truth. It was a last minute booking earlier in the day. Location was ideal for me. Three things I always look for on REVIEWS, good value for money, good internet facility and nice breakfast. I ALWAYS do reviews and as a "genius 2" according to bookings.com and this is my 1st negative.... On bookings.com, it came up as "last room available" infact, it was almost empty. The room was nice but no, or tiny bit internet which kept going off. I went and needed to change my room. No problem except that internet was marginally better, kept going off. (I would accept this being in Ukraine just now eccept... by reception, it was very good) Breakfast.... there isn't breakfast, infact NO RESTAURANT. I looked again at my booking which didn't include breakfast but I assumed with reviews talking about very good breakfasts.... I discovered at the end, no restaurant for a few years???? I decided to look outside of bookings.com at their website which is still "active". Prices 1,750 hrv yet my cost was 2010 and no breakfast. I think this is near 10 euro extra for going through bookings.com and remember, as "genius 2" I should be receiving discount???? My guess is (just a guess) they charge more for people from bookings.com to ensure they always receive a minimum of 1,750 hrv and only allocate one or max two rooms to bookings.com, hence many rooms still available. So I left hotel disappointed and feeling cheated. It was expensive for Ukraine prices and not even a breakfast. If I knew beforehand, bookings.com information was out of date and costs more expensjve, I wouldn't have booked. I hope these things will be sorted. One point, albeit a small point. The hotel name on bookings.com is different to the name on the building causing me a little confusion, infact it's called "Fying Dutchman".

Great location near the touristy part of town. Breakfast was simple, but delicious.

Nice interior, excellent location, large and clean rooms, friendly staff. It is located on a very quiet street - at night I heard only the refrigerator. I was pleasantly surprised by the room service - when I was returning from a walk, all things in the room were completely pristine, as if I had just checked in.
